Came here for a graduation party in the private room. Our bartender was attentive and the drinks were mixed well. I had pizza and beef, both were good. I wish they had a spoon for us to add extra juice to the beef. Pizza had a good crust and flavor. The wings/nuggets were served with two sauces that you add yourself. Flavor was ok. I would try this place for a normal sit down meal.

A family friendly restaurant and bar owned by former Major League Baseball Player and current Chicago Cubs announcer Ron Coomer. We were in the area so decided to stop in for a Friday night dinner. We were seated immediately in the bar area that had " Live" entertainment. Service was great and their menu features traditional bar food along with tacos, pasta, salads, pizza and a kids menu. Nice beer selection serving many locally crafted beers. My wife had their Cauliflower Tacos since she is Gluten free. Generous portion, reasonably priced and loaded with flavor. I had their Pot Roast Egg Rolls. You get 4 full egg rolls cut in half packed with homemade pot roast, mozzarella and giardiniera. Good flavor but I would have preferred more giardiniera. Comes with a chipotle ranch dipping sauce which was good in flavor but not sure it went with the pot roast. For a nice friendly environment where you can watch sports games while eating good home cooked food,Cooms is a great choice!

Good portion on the pork tenderloin sandwich

OY where do I begin?? This place came highly recommended. I ordered the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Although it was huge, it was extremely greasy and overcooked. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THE FRY OIL WAS CHANGED?! My husband had the chicken Piccatta. Also greasy and overcooked! Our server offered me the grilled pork tenderloin and it was a major improvement...but my husband felt that the server should have been more observant of what she is serving . She got the so called manager, who told my husband that his chicken looked fine and that she would eat it. She actually grabbed his fork and started to take a bite of it! I was grossed out by that!! I've never seen anyone in management do something like that... then she said she would take half off of his meal. Good riddance!

Patty melt with a cup of cream of chicken soup. One of the best I've had...both were great!

We were coming home from hearing a storytelling event and we decided to stop in here. And I found out it's owned by former Cubs player. Ron Coomer! Great food and service! I enjoyed my patty melt and the cream of chicken soup. Both were some of the best.. We will definitely be back.

Bars in strip malls usually aren't impressive and can even be very bad. Coom's Corner is such a bar but it's not as bad to be honest. It's one of the places to hang out and get drunk watching games in Lockport. A sports bar with a pretty good beer menu and some better cocktails. The food is about what's expected, a lot of fried stuff. After doing something else in town it was time to get some drinks and food. In comes this bar in a strip mall. This may be kind of hard to find at first but look for the sign along the road. Has quite a few beers on tap as well as some hand crafted cocktails. It's about $12 for the Jalisco Mule. This is club soda, ginger beer, and jalapeño infused tequila. Of course you need to eat. We shared the Giant Warm Pretzel. It's about $12 for the smaller one. This was still massive though. A couple others at the bar got the big one, and we were glad we didn't get it. That one is even more massive, enough for a whole family and there would be leftovers. For a strip mall bar it's not all bad. It's not that great of a place but it shouldn't be expected to be one. There's plenty of games to play on the slots, or to watch on the multiple televisions.

Coom's is a sports bar that has fast friendly service and solid bar food offerings. We were greeted and asked to be seated at a table in the bar area and the young hostess quickly cleaned a high top table for us. I tried a Carbless cranberry vodka seltzer which was refreshing and our server obliged my request for a glass of ice. I was happy to see Cauliflower Tacos on the specials menu since I am gluten free. I think that it should be added to the regular menu because they were generously filled, moist and flavorful making them a good option for vegetarians too. My husband got a very generous serving of Pot Roast Egg rolls which he enjoyed but wasn't sure that the chipotle dipping sauce was the right pairing. They could have also used more giardinera in his opinion but he likes spice. Our server was very attentive and the overall experience was good enough to bring us back to this cozy spot when in the area.

The service is horrendous. Complained about it and watched 3 other tables do the same. The place was not busy. I won't be back.

The reviews were right on- really good food but the service was slow and scattered. If you have patience, this is a nice spot.

The food preparers should be cutting the slices thicker so they don't turn into shoe leather from being so severely over cooked. Service was very good. I also love that they have an expansive bar that offers some great cocktails, and an outstanding Bloody Mary. It was a Saturday night around seven. They were sold out of the ribeye so my better half opted for the New York strip it was pretty good. It's a casual setting, you order your food at the register and they bring it out to you. They have a huge fireplace in the dining area so we sat next to the fireplace, relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere. I've been here a time or two and my favorite on the menu is the rib eye and the pork chop. I ordered the pork chop it's huge, juicy and it has a great grilled char. It is just an outstanding piece of meat. I also love their fries and garlic toast. After dinner, I settled in and played a few slot machines. This is what I needed, good food and relaxation.
