He made great recommendations, met with us at the warehouse to pick out exactly what would be used for the job, and was very communicative throughout the process. Kevin's team was very thorough and some of the most hardworking contractors we've ever worked with. They began work a few days after signing with the company and worked day in and day out until the job was complete. With weather factored in, our project took a little over two weeks. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Kevin oversaw the work and was available whenever needed. We looked at a lot of different companies and had a lot of quotes, but in the end Clear Solutions was the clear choice. Great service, solid value, and outstanding outcome. They went above and beyond, even helping us fix the filter pump and did a special install on our basketball hoop. They also did a great demo on the wall of our baby pool, to convert it into a sun shelf. Kevin even came over after the job was complete for a full week, when we were out of town, and did everything to make sure the plaster and filter were fine. Without hesitation, I will recommend Clear Solutions and Kevin to all my friends in the future. Kevin and his team made our 30 year-old pool look new again. We are delighted!

He came out and looked at the project and agreed to replace the entire filter mechanism and repair the Polaris. This is where it becomes difficult. He did not show back up and would not answer calls nor respond to texts. Finally, after weeks, he answered and said he had been busy moving. We were patient and waited for him to get thru that. Fast forward, he comes out and sells us a "slightly used" filter because he had replaced it for a larger one for another customer. He sold us on its reliability and assured us he would maintain it serviced. He installed the new machine (tossed and left the old one aside), he worked on the Polaris and was paid what he charged. Again, he didn't come back. We called and texted to no avail because the Polaris is NOT fixed. Now, the filter he sold us has to have all of the panels replaced because they were not good to begin with. We hired someone new now and have spent the money AGAIN to do what he promised and did not deliver. I do not recommend this pool service at all.

Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest, lack communications skills,…read moreprofessionalism, and basic human decency. Anything they say from office staff, the sales team, to the owner and beyond should be taken with a grain of salt. They will lie to get you into the job and then have someone else contradict that when it benefits them. They also try to get bad reviews removed from others experiences as well as block people on FB in order to get those reviews to not be able to be seen. If you have an issue good luck trying to call the office to speak to someone of importance. You're only handing over THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. The managers will never once call you back nor the owner. They actually try really hard to ghost you which is insane because they are smack dab in the center of my community. On every single bad review they couldnt get removed, they will say " I couldnt find anyone under your name as an account" which is strange. That is their only reply along with "YOU can reach out to us by calling the office" because GUESS WHAT, they will NEVER call you. If they do reply, they try to turn it around on you and not stick to their word. They are in the middle of our community and its just disgusting to see.You hand over large amounts of money and you receive absolutely nothing back but them playing you in your face and ghosting you.We interviewed with them back in January and the sales person told us , "we are so busy so you can give a deposit to save your spot and if you dont end up going with us you can get a refund no problem" which i have the conversation on my home video cameras for when they deny that. He also had told us that they will come draw out the pool on the ground with spray paint so we can stand in it and see if we like it. Then my husband goes to see a quick "free" rendering and give a deposit OF $5000 then surprise, we never hear a peep from them till MARCH when they say they're coming to dig up my yard. We reply that we havent heard from them at all nor had any other meetings and they havent come out to "draw the pool" like they had promised so no do not bring any excavation tractors out here and he advised his team. Well they still dropped off a tractor. It took them two days for them to get it off my property. The manager of the team in charge apologizes and someone comes out to draw the pool in the ground with some spray paint,we did not end up liking it. We said how much more to push it out ten feet to which they gave a quote of relatively $20,000 more.We said lets pull the plug this whole experience has been shady and they dont want to give us our deposit of $5000 back.In email response they also mention my husbands personal purchases which seems to be a personal attack of some sort. Just because someone works hard for their money and buys themself something nice doesn't mean we want to hand over $5000 to you for absolutely nothing. They claim that expenses were spent on rendering WHICH IS ADVERTISED AS FREE SO WATCH OUT THERE and time for "spray painting on the ground and the mobilization of their excavation team", mind you we do not have a HOA, there are no permits to pull, they didn't do any other markings on our property.Even when their " mobilization" was their own lack of communication.Long story longer, I have called the office for four weeks now. Just as I did, you will always get the run around and the office manager will always be in a meeting. This place is a facade and be weary of somewhere with "such great reviews." They also try to state there is a three day cancellation policy which is a industry standard, bare minimun required by the state, if you didn't do anything at all or even contact me till March how does that makes sense. It may be something you can hide behind but its the lowest industry standard a coward could hide behind when morally they know they did nothing and what they are doing isn't right. They are going to give some basic response that tries to push blame on me but they've done it to many others and im sure i wont be the last.

WTF? i was charged a non-warranty service call... wow, do you really think i would have agreed to this BS in advance, a non-warranty service call? However there are some updates minor things that have occurred since we have been swimming: 1. A pipe cracked after the cold weather and even included the actual pipe for connecting the hoses to it. (Replaced entire components free of charge since having the LLSP coverage/1year warranty-highly recommend!!! 2. The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

It was low, but after running the hose for two hours, the pool still wasn't filling, and I ended up wasting a lot of water. I called them and told them the pool was not filling up after 2 hours of trying to fill it, but no one came for over five days, and during that time the water kept dropping. I've never seen it that low, so I was worried there was a serious leak. When the repair guy finally came out, he called me several times but didn't seem to know why the water level was so low. He blamed me for not filling it, even though I fill it weekly or whenever the maintenance man tells me to. Eventually, he said the pool cleaner must have left something on, causing the water to drain -- and that was the explanation. Then I received a bill for $218. I called to explain what happened, but the owner was completely unhelpful. He put the blame on me and denied that the repair man ever told me the leak was caused by the pool cleaner not turning something off. In 20 years, I've never complained, and yet they treated me terribly. There must have been a huge change in ownership, they have never spoke to me in this way before. I have pictures from last week showing the water level just slightly below the white line, and I filled it immediately after receiving the maintenance man's email. He sends me pictures weekly after every visit. This company has changed in the last few years, even the cleaning is not like it used to be.
