Had a break in the water line between the meter and the house. Called Daniel's Plumbing and they arrived about an hour later (ahead of the scheduled time). I showed Jeremiah (the repairman) where and what the problem was. After settling on a very fair price for the repair, Jeremiah got his shovel and started digging. The problem was quickly identified and the repair started. Things did not go as smoothly as expected, but Jeremiah was undaunted. With determination and a solid work ethic, he kept at it. As the 1 hour job was approaching 3 hours, Jeremiah smiled and said "we'll get it". Another half hour and it was done. No more leaks. The entire problem occurred because the city contractor replacing the main sewer lines on my street broke the water line in my yard (I was outside at the time watching the crews working and witnessed this happen). Their lackadaisical repair was a patch expected to last long enough for them to be long gone before any problems popped up. It worked out for them. They are long gone and the patch broke. After MUD inspected, we discovered a yard leak between the house and our meter and Jeremiah came out within a couple of hours. He had to fight some nasty bushes where the leak was and just stayed after it. Found the leak and it was a tricky one. I was surprised how reasonable he was after the labor involved. At the same time, he noticed our water heater was on it's last leg and gave us a quote to replace. It was probably 20 years old. So, two months later I noticed there was some leaking. He told me how to turn it off and was there later same day with a new water heater. There were some challenges due to the age of our house and pipe, but he and his helper got everything fixed up. He knows his stuff, charges very fair and is extremely professional and polite. Do not hesitate to call him. Cooper Plumbing is definitely a five star company. Luckily I discovered a water leak from the attic before going to bed Friday evening, and was able to disconnect the water to the house. Saturday morning I called Cooper Plumbing, and Chris, who was very friendly and professional, arrived to our home within the hour to begin the repair. Much to my shock and horror, he told us the leak was a result of a rat chewing through the plastic pipe seeking water. He told us in the future to use traps not poison for rodent control, and make sure all pipes are under insulation, as rodents are less likely to chew through the insulation to get to the pipes. After this most positive experience with Cooper Plumbing, they are my new go to company for all our plumbing needs. I will also happily refer them to all my friends. read more

Panicked after having a large leak under washing-basin in the kitchen at 2 AM. He opened "Cooper Plumbing since they are open 24 7 and I am so glad that someone answered the phone! The technician was there in approximately 45 minutes; that was remarkable at such a late time. He was a professional, put shoe covers and resolved the problem in a short time. I would have rated 4 stars rather than 5 simply because the price was a little more than I was used to pay on the after-hours emergency service, but to tell the truth, it was money well spent to have my hardwood floors saved. The tenant called and said there was no water coming out of the kitchen faucet and so I called Cooper plumbing. They responded straight away, were very clear in their communications and had someone out there that same day. It turned out to be a dead battery in the motion detector on the faucet itself and they replaced the battery (and educated the tenant). They didn't charge me for this and I love that about them: They care more about their customer service than just making money, and for that I heartily recommend them! Second time I have used Cooper Plumbing and I've been very satisfied. First time for a clogged drain that needed snaking. Handled efficiently - came out same day. Flat rate for any snake. Called them back when it was time to replace our water heaters.
