An appointment was made for us that same week in the morning. The technician and his assistant came out right on time, as promised. After we walked him through our house to show our issues, he pointed out to us that more​e serious fixes was required. Fortunately, he was able to come back with the necessary parts in less than an hour and immediately went to work. In less than an hour, they were already done and walked us through their work. Problems solved! I commend CTA Property Services for resolving our issue to our complete satisfaction. They were considerate and professional with us the whole way, and took the time to explain more of the problem and show us how they fixed it. The only thing I would have wanted for giving them a 5-star review is if their HR person followed up with me to ask how my service was.

They did absolutely no meaningful prep work. They also used the wrong color of paint and failed to properly sand rough spots on doors, etc. What's worse is the response from one of their project managers, Kevin Calles-Lopez, when I tried to figure out how to get items fixed. He was defensive, angry, rude, and threatening. I would never to do business with this company again.

He spent an hour looking/digging around the area until he finally solved the mystery-- water was coming through a couple tiny holes in the bottom of the exterior door casing. We confirmed it by pouring water on those spots and watched as it dripped inside. Crazy. Very friendly, thorough service and an incredibly reasonable price. Thanks, Jake!
