After going to this tanning salon off and on for awhile, I purchased a unlimited plan that billed me monthly. Knowing I was moving,I completed paperwork to cancel the plan after about 7 months and was shocked to be billed three weeks later. When I called the girl was very sweet and told me that I needed to cancel within 30 days and I would not be billed again. I was billed again on March 1st and when I called to rectify the situation I was given a complete runaround about how now they didn't have my cancellation paperwork which has three copies of which no one mentioned on my previous call that they were missing. The manager Chrissy then rudely told me that even if I made the 2 hour drive to the Cop-a Tan to physically RE-do the paperwork, I would be billed from now till MAY. At $65 a month it breaks down to $260 worth of payments for NO services rendered. While I'd like to blame Chrissy it comes down to her enforcing what this salon probably counts on for income. I find this behavior DISGUSTING, unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone and the quality did not meet with the price point. I am speechless they treat people like this. read more

By consolidating you clearly have pulled together your best resources to build a great team. I'm visiting your Manhattan Beach store lately and everyone is so nice and professional. The girls at Cop A Tan are very friendly, the girl who helped me i believe her name was chrissie she knew her stuff, and really took the time to help me with all my questions as I have never tanned before and needed a tan before my wedding. She was very sweet and outgoing and really knew her products. She always remember my name and I watch her address other customers very personably as well. I would definitely recommend Cop A Tan as the staff is very outgoing, the beds are clean, the products are of high quality and the hours are convenient. Overall a great experience! read more
