When Craig installed the Garage Door Opener, he left the light bulbs covers half closed and the antenna buried inside the covers. I am a Mechanical engineer by profession with 40 plus years of experience which he did not know. When I tried to adjust the motor covers, I found out the Sprocket was not installed. I looked in the original box and it wasn't there either. So, I called Craig and asked him about the Sprocket and it seems he took it. When he came to install it he was unhinged and started yelling only because he got caught. Has the sprocket not installed, my motor will cease soon due to the dust around us from the new construction. read more
