Best pizza on Copeland Street. Apparently don't get the buffalo chicken, but the pizza is pretty solid.

My favorite place for old school italian style subs, (without mayo, always). The pizzas too.

I am writing this review so that I never, ever order from this pizza place again. It was truly the worst. For $37 dollars, I got an 8 piece buffalo wing WITH NO BUFFALO sauce. Dry wings with Ken's dressing. I ate one and split one up for my dog. I also got a cold, tiny regular pizza. It was so tiny and dry, I have no idea who orders this nonsense for this price. I am writing this review so I never, ever order from here again. My dog liked the chicken...so like if you want to feed your dog for $37, this is a great place to order from. My dog can't stomach spicy food, so I'd like to thank the chefs here for her excellent dinner! read more

Stopped by Copeland Pizza on a whim today, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and wow--hands down the best I've had in a really long time. The chicken was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and the sandwich was put together just right. The guys working there were super friendly, which made the experience even better. Please was small inside but easy to eat in. It took about 15 minutes to get my food, and it was so good that half of it was gone in five minutes! I saved the other half for dinner, reheated it, and it was just as delicious the second time around. Definitely recommend this spot--great food and great people! read more

I was sooo upset when I got my order, I always order there Italian sub which everything but hold the tomato and always oil & vinegar on the side. Avoid this place! Do not waste your time and money. I've given them so many chances but they care little about customer service. I've ordered online, they've left out items I ordered, promised a refund, then never refunded me. Next time I ordered a large and they delivered a small... It's so sad to see the quality of food go completely down. We used to order from Copeland all the time (pizza, salads, etc.) over the last 10+ years and we loved it! The Caesar salads were so plentiful and delicious with creamy dressing and lots of chicken and croutons. The pizza was fresh and had the right amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. Now, the salads are such a disappointment with old lettuce, barely any dressing, and no more pita bread. We just ordered two large pizzas tonight and there was barely any tomato sauce on them. Got a chicken finger and fry dinner last night. Good size portion, price wasn't bad. Chicken fingers are definitely big and made in house, not the usual frozen most places have. Fries almost look homemade. Now for the not so good. It had to be the blandest dinner I ever had. Didn't taste like there was any seasoning in the breading or on the chicken, not even salt and pepper. The fries are the biggest let down, they're just soggy and tasteless. read more

Pretty good food for a hole in the wall type place. I usually get carried out the Italian sub. Meatball sub was good too. Steak tips are actually pretty good, and the fried shrimp or calamari are both cooked well and not rubbery. They are brusk but nice people. They are about business and speed which is nice. read more

Oh my gosh am I so disappointed by this place. My friend & I ordered a large pizza and garlic bread here on Friday night and never received it. She orders here all the time and has never had this horrible of an experience. I had to call 4-5 times asking where our pizza was. The first time they said it was dropped off in the lobby & they texted us - not true. Second time - the driver is on their way & will be there in a few minutes - not true. Third time - I got hung up on. Fourth time - They told us there were multiple deliveries to our place that night and got our order mixed up. This was at the 3 1/2 hour mark. They were redoing it and it will be out shortly. We asked for a refund and our order. Got a refund and never our order. read more

I must be going in at the wrong time of day (lunch), since this is the 2nd time recently getting below average food. First time was steak n cheese sub.. the steak was dry but very greasy. When I got it back to work (literally just 5 min later) I open up the wrap to find runny (like watery!) buff sauce all over it!! There was no substance to the sauce at all, it just soaked right thru the wrap and dripped like water out the end at any attempt of eating it as intended. I was forced to disassemble the wrap and eat with my hands (no fork provided). The lettuce I was hoping for was just a few measly shreds. I basically ate just chicken for lunch, after imagining a beautiful sandwich. Not a happy camper... I'm still starving too and somehow have to get thru the rest of the work day. Have not tried the pizza here in years but gave it a shot as their closest competitors leave something to be desired. It is just ok. There was a faint distant wet face cloth taste which I am pretty sure has something to do with the cheese not being fresh as a daisy but it was barley detectable. It is cheaper than other places. The counter service was good unlike another nearby place which bungles that consistently. There was a big crowd of folks behind that counter as well, was a little unnerving to walk in to be facing an unexpectedly huge crowd of Greeks. read more

I would give it 2 stars but not only was the food quality very poor but they're cash only and you won't know until you get there or unless you look them up before going. Anyway, I've seen the shop and was eager to try the food because I always see people in and out all the time. Well the calzone we ordered was bad, the onion rings were bad too, not only was there a lack of flavor, the food I ordered does not compare to other pizza shops I've gone to. I like there greek style pizza, it has a nice crispy dough. Good breaded chicken wings and there fingers have potential. My dislike Is that the place needs to clean all the dust off of windows and lights, looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 70's. #1 rules in food is never fry chicken or fries after fish, or thats what they will taste like. First time there in a while. Ordered Buffalo Chicken plate, which i used to order all the time because it was the best in Quincy. Well, no longer can claim that. Basically it was a chicken finger plate. The Chicken itself was very good, big pieces, but zero buffalo flavoring. I think they skipped the sauce. it used to be covered with sauce and very flavorful. Never post bad reviews but I thought the food here was terrible. Staff was friendly and quick kudos to them. Sub had two pieces of thick cut meat in it that were not attractive and the mozzarella sticks were not good. Pizza was your typical local pizza place. read more

What a disappointment! I used to come here at least twice a month before the pandemic. Hadn't been here in quite awhile, so I went a couple days ago when I was in the neighborhood. Whole new crew. Under new management/ownership. These people all seem miserable working here. No smiles; no greetings; no thank yous. It was like I was inconveniencing them by walking in. I ordered my favorite Greek salad with steak tips. The produce and the dressing was as good as I remember, but the tips were awful. Also got a pizza, which was fine, but it's pretty hard to screw up pizza, so that's not saying much. I won't be back anytime soon, and when/if I do, it will be because I'm desperate for a slice.
