Lisa responded tirelessly to my emails and specifications, and I had a new chair within the week. The idea of buying without trying had me worried I might spend a lot on a not-great fit. I chatted with Lisa about issues I've had with other chairs (too tall, too deep, etc.), and she sent me specs on a handful of models to choose from. The delivery person called from nearby. He took my signature in a face-to-face (masked) handoff. If you want to arrange a no-touch delivery, ask about this beforehand. (I would've grabbed my own pen if I'd thought of it.) My new chair is so great! I assembled it easily and my back perked up right away. I can continue working from home as long as needed, without straining my neck & back. Shopping remotely, I was afraid I might pay twice as much and not be this comfortable. In reality, I got a well-fitted, high quality chair with a lifetime warranty that didn't break the bank. Max and Brian showed me several options within my price range and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were nothing but cheerful and friendly as I did my Goldilocks routine, sitting in a bunch of different chairs until I found the one that was "just right." I went out there and got exactly what I needed, i.e. two heavy duty matching vertical letter sized cabinets. They are in perfect condition and not like the cheap ones I found on line for upwards of $800.00. Excellent service, delivery without a glitch. I called after purchasing them, before delivery for the measurements, and they were not accommodating and provided them. I will not hesitate to go back there in the future. And, actually, it was fun just browsing the store after I made my selection.

I recently was in need of getting my iPad Pro screen, iPhone battery + screen replaced. I originally bought the iPad Pro less half a year prior but cracked and damaged the screen. I brought it over to the Apple Store only to be told I can purchase a refurbished one for less than $600. I used one of the Yelp service locator system that allows receiving several quotes from multiple area vendors. I picked Alan's shop at Absolute Repair based on his promptness in response and accommodating nature. He gave me a very fair repair quote and was also willing to work with Amex so I could get reimbursement for repairs. When I had issues with the original repair, it was remedied right away. I was also touched by his willingness to arrive early that day to ensure the iPad screen was replaced so it works flawlessly again. When I returned to pick up my iPad, I went ahead and also got my iPhone 11 Pro Max repaired. He kept his promise that he would stop whatever task he is working on when I arrive so my phone battery can be also replaced. I was originally going to just have my battery replaced because my dogs were waiting in my car with the A/C on but door unlocked. When I had mentioned that to Alan, he let me bring in my pooches inside so I went ahead and got the screen replaced as well. Alan was also willing to carve out time to get both completed right there and then. How amazing! Before I left his shop again, Alan also placed a new screen protector on my phone so I don't get it dinged and scratched again! I paid total of less than $300 to get both my battery and screen replaced which is far better than having to replace the phone altogether.
