They'd get my vote anytime. I called in late yesterday evening to see if they can have some business cards created for the next day. They did not hesitate to get my information and work with me. Because I had changed the design a few times ( they are very patient) and I wanted quality paper/ design etc. They couldn't have it done in the time frame I'd need it, It does take longer to create it. So we completed the designed business cards created what I needed for today (50 cards temporary made for me) while they sent it off to a different place to have 1000 business cards made. Price is very reasonable and quality of work is outstanding. 10 stars in my book. read more

I'm a bit late in writing my review, since it was several months since I was there, but it's better late than never. I had to print out some 8x10s for business purposes and it was very last minute. Admittedly, some of the photos were very risque, but I didn't think it would be an issue. I walked in right when they opened, I think it was 9 am or so. There was an older man with an accent sitting there. The place was a disaster with stacks of endless papers everywhere, but their prices are great. I asked him if I could get about 100 8x10s of a few different photos by later that day. he said no problem, they would be done between 1 and 2 pm. I uploaded the pictures to the computer and said great, call me when they are ready. I call the place at 1 pm to see if they were done. A lady with an accent answers the phone and I ask about the order. She said they didn't do them at all, and that the photos were not uploaded correctly on the computer. I asked why I wasn't called, and she said that I didn't leave any of my information. I know I did, and I told her to ask the gentleman that was there. She said he left several hours ago. I was very annoyed, but needed these photos by the end of the day, so I told her I would email them to her and to call me to confirm when she gets them. Half hour goes by and I never get a call so I call back. She, again, says she never got the email, so I continue to send them. I try to call back, and the lady simply starts hanging up on me every time I called. I finally decide to leave a message and I was very upset. I yelled saying I would be writing a complaint to every review site I could. I am pretty sure that the issue was that the photos were partially nude, but it they were important art that i desperately needed these copies of. It would have been nice if they gentleman told me from the beginning that they couldn't be done, there was no secret. I showed him, he said no problem. I have a feeling it was the older lady that put a stop to my prints. But, I was able to take them to a Staples copy print place and get them done in less than an hour. go figure. read more

I wanted to put together a poster-size photo collage for a memorial service. Other copy shops said I'd have to make it myself and they'd print on poster board, but I didn't have the right computer program at home. The owner here told me to bring in my photos on a flash drive and he'd work with me to put it together. He started designing it for me, then when I wanted to work on it myself he showed me how to use the computer program and let me have at it in the shop. The final printed product was beautiful and I had a ton of compliments. To top it off, the price couldn't be beat. I was so happy to have found this place; they really helped me out during a stressful time. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This has to be the worse printer that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for something really simple (100 business cards). I had the whole file created so all they had to do was to print it. The file was emailed on Wednesday with the promise that it would be completed that day. I never got a call back or an email with any updates. Spoke to them again on Friday morning and the lady told me that it would be available by the end of the day. I called again around 1:30 PM to follow up and she said that it will be ready but refused to give me a time. I called again at 4:30 PM and she said that she doesn't have time to do it today and MAYBE she will have time tomorrow! When I told her that it was rude to just blow off my order like that, she said "you think we will work like slaves for such a small order?". They should have told me that they didn't want to work with me from the beginning instead of wasting my time. WOW, I've never been treated like that by any business. They might be cheap, but obviously not dependable. If you have a deadline or if you're pressed to have something made within a few days, then I wouldn't recommend using these guys. read more

I see this place has alot of great ratings but maybe im the only person to experience bad service? I wasnt even greeted when i got in. I see people talking about how they should go to them for their projects and all. But they couldnt even print out 3 pages. They told me to email the document to their email, doing so, nobody helped me. It only takes a min to email. They had me wait 5 mins for them to check their email. The lady in the front was so busy tlkin in her language and every customer tht would leave she would assure them about 10 times if they paid before goin, of course they paid lady! Nobody is about to leave with their stuff without paying. The lady finally opened the computer and couldnt pull up my document. The gentlemen tried to do so, he couldnt either. It wasnt so hard. How do they do work if theycnt evn pull up a document. I was in a hurry and insisted to do it myself since i was running late. I opened it up, pressed print and the guy sat on another computer tryn to open it and arrange my document his way. OKAY I ALREADY PRINTED IT. What the hell is he doing? Just hand me the papers. Turns out the text was all to one side leavin space empty on the other side. He printed it 7 times and barley got it right. I was fristrated and gave him my money and walked out. He wasted 15 mins printin 3 papers over and over and over. Not to mention the lady questioned me 3 times if i had paid before i left. For the job they did, even 50 cents was too much.
