I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

For some reason the color wasn't coming out the same as my digital version. So I came to Elm Print who explained to me why it didn't work with other printers. The guaranteed tracking number that comes with every single thing you ship and not having to pay extra (I know I know, the price is built in) but it's the principle of it and I like being able to track what I'm sending out. Also, sending something with USPS aka snail mail just doesn't give me the same confidence that my package will arrive like when I ship it with UPS. Also, I love UPS' consistency. If you see a UPS driver in your neighborhood around 1pm today, you will more than likely see them in your neighborhood tomorrow at.... You guessed it, 1 p.m. Yeah, Their routes are carefully researched and designed for consistency which makes for a reliable service that you can count on. Fun Fact: UPS has implemented for drivers to only make "right hand turns" to avoid accidents and improve efficiency. Anyone ever see a UPS driver go left?? lol But Lance, what if you don't have time to sit on your porch and wait for that reliable UPS driver to roll through at 1 pm like you claim they do? Enter the UPS store!! Yeah baby! A brick and mortar store front where Monday through Friday you can drop off your package from 830-7pm (10-4 on Saturdays, 10-3 on Sundays) and leave there with the confidence that your package will get picked up by a UPS driver and then later delivered to its destination as scheduled. I told him what I needed and he was upfront about pricing and gave me several options to choose from for my business cards. Impressed by how responsive he was, I added to my order and got business cards as well as decals for my business and they look great. At one point, Jovan called me to express his concern with a possible issue; I picked a very dark blue color for my cards with a gloss finish. He showed me how dark colors and gloss finishes sometimes attract fingerprint oils when being handled. He had already received an order from me, but this really showed me that he cared enough to make sure I was going to be happy with the end result before moving forward. I chose a color almost exactly the same as the original and I can no longer tell the difference. I'll definitely be going back to Jovan and I recommend anyone reading this to give Fast Printing a chance.
