We were here on the day they celebrated their 1 year anniversary. A neighbor clued us in that they were serving free apps for the occasion and that they had happy hour specials. Say no more - I'm in. I do hesitate to say what the free app spread was just b/c it probably won't happen for another year, but I'm not a gate keeper so the spread was pretty good. Kofta kebabs, sliders, a red sauce pasta, 2 kinds of bruschetta, homemade potato chips, italian sub sandwiches, and a couple other things I can't remember. The owner was there very involved in making sure everyone felt welcome to the celebration. We sat at the bar and had Chrissy as our server. She was a doll and very attentive. The HH specials were pretty good too for cocktails - there was a big list of them, I went for a cosmo, I forget the price - but maybe it was $6/per. Anyway we had a great time and will be back for HH!

This place was awesome. The service was top notch and some of the best you'll ever get. I believe the owner was the one seating and hosting anyone that came through the door. He was extremely polite and was out there serving guests, taking dirty plates, bringing entrees out, etc. really cool to see. The waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the pink pasta and the creamy pesto. Both were so fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Yup: with their selection of local pasta options, there is quite a variety. You may need to google what the different noodles are or can ahead of time.

We went with friends to Copper & Vine, because we were interested in the Cocktail Class. The menu also looked delicious. We had an experience that exceeded all expectations. The service was 110%! The restaurant had such a welcoming feel and we loved the decor and ambiance. We all highly recommend doing the cocktail class. They have an excellent cocktail and wine menu, btw. And, everything we ordered to eat was impeccable. The Bruschetta was incredible. Such a simple dish but excellent. The meatballs were also delicious. My crab cake meal was delicious. The spinach that came with it was WOW! My husband loved his Wedge salad with Shrimp and our friends loved the Veggie Panini. The Creme Brûlée was spot on. There is not one bad thing we could say about this restaurant and our experience. We are all looking forward to the next time!

Cute little gem hidden. Good to make RSVP weekdays for dinner an Saturday for lunch an dinner. Sundays is only Brunch. Love the dark earthtones of the place an how sweet the staff are and very gracious. Even down to who might been the manager or owner who help with the info of knowing what all had tree nuts due to allergy. Started off with Meatballs an Bruschetta Tomatos/EVOO/Basil. I think it would be nice to have to toppings to come out hot an not cold. Even add a slice of Parm or Gouda cheese caramelize over it. Dinner: Shrimp Primavera with Angel Hair. Comes with bell peppers, zucchini,  squash, onions, carrots with a touch of white wine with butter an lemon juice. Romero Crusted Chicken with Rigatoni Pasta. Love the crispy edge crunch an the melted lava cheese a pink marinara. Definitely look forward to dinning again even for Brunch on Sundays. Couples/Family/Solo/Ladies Day type

Crab Cakes, sautéed spinach, creamed corn and remoulade

Was in Irving, TX visiting for work and saw Copper & Vine on the near-by restaurant list on Apple Maps. I decided to give it a try as it was close to the hotel I was staying at and the restaurant had excellent reviews. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly bartender and was promptly seated by the maitre ď. The atmosphere of the restaurant is moody with a warm and welcoming vibe. Their fully stocked bar had plenty of bar seating and a wide selection of liquors and the rest of the restaurant space had intimate seating. Upon review of the menu, the entree options ranged from antipasti, salads, pastas, from the sea, and of course steak (we are in Texas after all). They have a rather extensive wine offering from various regions (France, Italy, Spain, etc.) My waitress was very attentive and the customer service was excellent. I chose the crab cakes on this occasion and I'm pleased with my decision. The crab cakes were impeccable. They consisted more of crab than bread crumbs (which surprisingly is more of an exception rather than the rule in my experience) and topped with a creamy/tangy remoulade. The sautéed spinach was perfectly cooked with red onions and what I believed to be some sort of white wine, to deglaze the caramelized onions. The creamed corn had a unique flavor profile but in a good way! The strong flavor of fresh parmesan was present through out the mixture and the corn was not cooked to a mush consistency and still had a nice crunch! If I was a local, This would definitely be a regularly visited restaurant for me and my partner! Thanks for a fab dinner @ Copper and Vine

We loved Copper & Vine! The servers were super friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bar area were very clean and tidy. We had spinach artichoke dip with pita 3.5/5. We also had the cappuccino sundae it was good, but something you can make at home. The lemon drop martini was by far the best we have ever had. This establishment also serves food and it smelled yummy in there. We will be back for sure!

S Service was exceptional, especially with Brody. He and proprietor, Craig Vaught, were almost overly attentive. It was during a slow time, but they were fantastic. Brody is not only an excellent server, he's also an excellent bartender. Try their specialty cocktails, especially the mango Bellini. The wine list is brief, but Craig is very knowledgeable on the small yet international group. We had meatballs as an appetizer- beef, pork, and veal. They were excellent. The calamari was excellent, but the muzzles were exceptional especially because of a very unique bread that they serve with it.. Great place.

    Rorry P.

Great upscale, white table cloth dining at very reasonable prices. Varied menu, nice wine list and full bar gives choices for everyone. Large portions provided us with extra to bring home. Calamari was crisp and tasty, steak was well seasoned. Parmesan frites well delicious. Service was good, not great, but we weren't in a hurry so not a big deal.

I came for the sushi-making class, and overall, it was a really good time. The setup was smooth, the atmosphere was lively, and the whole experience felt more like a social night out with a little culinary cosplay which honestly, has its place. They also offered wine and sake pairings, and you can BYOB, which definitely helps keep the vibe festive. That said... if you're hoping to leave with the confidence to open your own omakase counter in a strip mall, this is not that. A lot of the components were pre-made or prepped ahead of time, and there wasn't a ton of actual teaching around technique, ingredients, or the food itself. So while you do "make sushi," it's less MasterClass and more cute, hands-on dinner activity. But honestly? That's not necessarily a bad thing. Not every class needs to end with a knife skills certification and a spiritual relationship with sushi rice. Bottom line: Come here if you want a fun, low-pressure experience for a date night, girls' night, or team outing. Just set expectations correctly: this is more about the experience than becoming the next IronChef.

We tried a few bites - the patatas bravas, which are thinly fried potato chunks lightly dusted with paprika and topped with garlic aioli. It sounds simple, but was ridiculously addictive, and we found ourselves ordering another serving that night! We also tried the steak, which was perfectly cooked to our desired temperature (medium rare), but was otherwise pretty simply prepared, served atop steak sauce. And we also tried the burrata which came as two small pieces of toasted bread, juicy burrata and charred broccoli (also a simple but satisfying dish). All of the dishes are pretty small, so you would probably need to order at least a handful for a couple to feel pretty satiated, but that makes it fun to try more wine at the same time ;) We were curious about the pork belly, which the owner proclaimed to another guest that night to be "her favorite item on the menu." We can't wait to try that on our return visit (with another order or two of the patatas bravas, and maybe the tostadas too!). Definite recommend for a cute date night off the beaten path!
