Came here specifically for their famous blackberry pie and it did not disappoint. Baked with small, wild blackberries served warm and we got it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of hot coffee. It is definitely worth the stop! Rustic, homey vibe and friendly service.

Very tasty salad, more like a dinner roll than mini loaf but delicious fresh baked with berry infused whipped butter

With only one waitress & person on the floor, she handled the whole pies I came there to pick up (got 3, called in for 2 & they were baked ready to eat), plus took & served my lunch, a very tasty cheeseburger with grilled onions, onion rings substituted for the fries was very tasty with their tarter sauce, and coffee to wash it down. The young lady was very friendly & attentive, handling the store front & waitressing the restaurant including clearing tables for the next customers. The meal was so filling I had no room for dessert, and I can't wait to cut into one of the baked blackberry pies later. Things I learned is try to visit when it is not tourist season, and make sure you try their little wild blackberry pie, ala mode' of course. I'd even recommend taking a whole pie home, I have not found anywhere that comes close to an old fashion country home baked tiny wild blackberry pie like my mom & several relatives & friends. This is the second year I've made a special drive out to this restaurant, just for the pie, and enjoy the drive out there, really need to leave earlier so I can enjoy more of it including dropping into the Mount Rainier park.

My son and I stopped on May 22nd for dinner and were seated immediately. We both had the clam chowder for an appetizer. Our entrees were the Copper burger and the Tuscan chicken sandwich. We both had local ciders with our meals. A blackberry milkshake to finish it off. All the food was delicious. Caroline FH provided excellent service and conversation. Rustic atmosphere with a small dining area. Portable restrooms or a flush toilet are available by going out the front and entering a kitchen access area. Seattle prices but in Ashford. There is no service fee, but parties of 6 or more are automatically tipped 20%. A small gift shop is included within the restaurant. Very limited parking.

This place is such a cute place when visiting Mt. Rainier. We arrived before the dinner rush and it was still busy. We grabbed two seats at the counter. I love the counter vibe! I got a sandwich with a cup of the seafood chowder. The place gets busy so get here early and please be patient with the staff. They really were rushing around and understaffed and were trying their best. I got a slice of the pie to go to eat in my cabin.

What an adorable restaurant! Quaint, cozy mountain cafe. Our waiter was very friendly and provided fantastic service. I got the copper creek dip and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich that had an Italian feel to it. The copper creek dip was not good- the meat was so dry and not seasoned, neither was the au jus. I should have gotten it with cheese and caramelized onions so it would have had some flavor. The fries were fantastic though- perfectly crispy and seasoned beautifully. My husband loved his chicken sandwich- it was flavorful and cooked well. I also got a glass of their copper creek Chardonnay and it was so good.

After a day of hiking or just exploring Mt Rainier National Park, just outside the park you will find Copper Creek Inn. Nice atmosphere, good service and friendly staff. The food was delicious, if only I could eat more. I will attach pictures of the food I ordered. So delicious, stop in and grab yourself a bite. You won't regret it!

What an amazing place to family vacation/plan sweetheart getaway / or host a wedding/ baptism/church retreat/ work team building retreat! I guess you can tell we had an amazing getaway weekend at Copper Creek Inn. My husband and I have it on the calendar for next year as well. The property and cabins were very well maintained. The property was absolutely beautiful! Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of business! Did I mention the hot tubsss on site and many are hidden behind your cabin under beautiful set up!! We went last month June 2025 and the weather was a little chilly but the fire pits outside each cabin made for a romantic setting and marshmallows lol We were so awe stuck by the inside of the different cabins from one room to several rooms large enough for one or several family/families. The cabins have everything you need from large refrigerators/ stove / gas heat etc. All of the above were five starts!!! However, if we could give this lodge a 10 we would!!!! Because of the excellent service and attitudes of the staff was just amazing!!! We had the opportunity to meet the owners and other team leads and the staff professionalism, hospitality and pride in serving their guest definitely is a reflection of their owners excellent work ethics, down to earth personality and their vision for customer service at Copper Creek Lodge INN! From the owners to the staff friendliest and attention to our needs and us having a memorable stay were at the top of their list!!! In addition, to the service a 10 would definitely be warranted for the little cozy cafe down the street that goes with the lodge! The cafe was clean and the staff nice and oh that BLACKBERRY PIE was delicious!!!!!!!!!! No wander its consider their famous pie it was really good wish we could've taken it back on the plane lol however, I hate my two slices before even getting 30 minutes out it was so good and yes they have vanilla ice cream and other breakfast/lunch/ dinner on the menu at reasonable prices it's definitely a must visit! Finally, the last of why we would give Copper Creek Inn a 10 stars is the location!! It's located less than a mile to the Mt. Rainer State Park!!! I kid you not!!! Talk about a great location!!! It honestly don't get any better than that! The views were breathtaking and there was snow on the mountains! We have already made plans to go back and this time is Texans will bring thick jackets and winter clothe lol live and learn not every place is a 100% in June lol! I believe you'll get the idea lol this is definitely a gem you want to add to your bucket list now than later! Seriously it's worth the trip!!! You will leave feeling reconnected to family and friends, refreshed, rejuvenated, at peace, and ready to go back and start life without the load and stress you carried in! We are more than sure you/yall lol won't be disappointed by the Copper Creek Inn Team or the property / or the amazing memories you will make ! Hope this review helps I'm not big on reviews unless it's earned and they truly earned our time and review Way to go entire Team of Copper Creek Innin the military a high recognition for excellence service/attention to detail (s) we say Bravo Zulu it mean JOB WELL DONECOPPER CREEK INN TEAM!!! Loved it! We came here while staying at a local cabin to get a to go order to take back to our cabin. We stopped in here and it was so cute! It even had a little gift shop that we got a few things at to support local. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left everybody we came in contact with was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and helpful recommending different food to try. They have homemade bread that is so good. It comes with blackberry butter that is great. We will be back anytime we are in Ashford and can't wait to try something else.

What a wonderful little place outside Mt. Rainier. This gem has great home cooked comfort food. We were there for brunch. The place was packed and the service was spot on. Even though they were busy we still got constant attention. The coffee was excellent. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast, my wife got the Denver omelette. The food is served in large portions. My sister got the special and my brother-in-law got the Sunrise breakfast. Such a great experience. I recommend this place if you are hungry and need some great home cooking. Worth a stop going to Mt. Rainier.

Very few food options around this area, and the prices do reflect that. However, with that said, the food was good. Quaint place. Small, once it got further into dinner time, there were some people that were waiting for others to get up. I got the alfredo, it was good. Waitress recommended the cheesy bread with it, and she was right, the best part! One of my favorite parts was the custom cups! Nice touch!

For what it's worth, I don't expect much in the way of great food in small towns. The wait was long: 40 mins to be seated, ~40 mins for food. They kept mentioning the Bison burger special, but they had run out, so it was disappointing. The blackberry lemonade was good, and the best thing was the mini loaf with blackberry butter (we bought some butter to go). The coconut shrimp was also good. Everything else left quite a bit to be desired. The chili was lukewarm, as was the seafood chowder. It needed something else, so I put Tabasco and pepper in it. My BLT was meh. All in all, go here for baked goods or if you're really hungry and have no other options. The outdoor bathroom was odd, but I get that it is what it is.

The food was super tasty and very afforable, the service was great with everyone on the staff, I like the cozyness and aesthetics of the place, I want to come here again when I visit rainier

Cajun shrimp Alfredo (took the pic late) Came with a roll with their blackberry butter (YUM)

Great people. Delicious food. We had such a nice sweet waitress who we enjoyed!!! Their blackberry everything (butter, pie, vinaigrette salad dressing) was to die for!!! All so yummy!! Little cafe right outside of Mt Rainer! We will be back!

First, the girl who helped me was incredibly kind, helpful, and just effortlessly welcoming (also--stunning, which matched the whole vibe of the place). The food? Genuinely top tier. The mushroom Alfredo was hands down the best I've had in my life. I've actually tried recreating it since I got home and... humbling experience. Not even close. The macarons were perfect, the stump cake is ideal if you want dessert without it being overly sweet, and the cheese Danish tasted way more authentic than the usual overly sugary versions (definitely not your typical Starbucks situation). Everything was hearty, filling, and just really, really good. One of those places you randomly stop at and then think about later like... wait, why was that so good? Would absolutely go back.

If I could split up my ratings for food and service, I'd give the food 4 stars and the service 1…read more Our party of 9 ordered the borscht, rib eye, bbq ribs, mac and cheese, salmon, and an assortment of pirogies -- no complaints there. Great flavors and textures, the meats were all nicely done (tender and flavorful), and the soup was delicious. So if you could just get the food to go, I'd recommend this place...but definitely not for dining in. First off, I've worked in a restaurant and in retail, so I really value and respect great customer service. I also understand that summer is a busy season here -- and with two servers and one hostess, everyone was working hard. That said, you could still have good service while being busy. In our case, the servers just never seemed friendly. One of their first comments was that our tip would automatically be included given our party size -- which, in our case, was $50 that they didn't deserve. Receiving "service" from the staff is a generous comment. Doing the bare minimum for us seemed to be painful for them. Most of our food (minus two dishes) came out at the same time, and then we had to ask for napkins and silverware. We didn't want to keep asking our server for things since she was so busy, so we held off from asking for the last two dishes. But when the rest of us were close to finishing our meals, we finally brought it up -- to three people. One person said she'd check since she was heading to the kitchen; she came back out a minute later and walked right past our table. Finally the third person we asked said the kitchen was JUST starting to make the dishes, "because the restaurant has been so busy," she said. Odd, given that we got all our other dishes 30-40 minutes prior, and other people who came later were being served. There was no apology at all. One dish came out and 15 minutes later, our server asked if we still wanted the last dish. We said no. Meanwhile, we also needed more water. I watched a server giving refills at each table around ours. She made eye contact with me and then walked past our table to refill other tables. Same kind of treatment when we asked for the bill. I'm just appalled by the poor customer service, which was mentioned in a few other reviews. That experience overshadowed the good food and beautiful setting.

We did take some time to wait before seated, to get our food and to get our bill, I guess it was understandable since it was a holiday weekend, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the train wreck burger, at least I could say it's worth the wait. It was loaded with meat. The pulled pork was really flavorful with tangy BBQ sauce. Highly recommend to meat lovers. I also love my ginger ale, it was definitely the most spicy ginger ale (in a good way) I've had. The only thing I want to complain is the tip option actually starts from 20%, in this economy?
