It's a small café in the back right corner of the Lodge. We grab whatever food with drinks we want to pay at the cash register and go. We were not able to charge our food to our room. They have a captive audience here this is the only food place opened in the park and the prices reflect this Very nice selection of sandwiches, breakfast items, salads, drinks, cheese and desserts. They are opened from six in the morning until nine in the evening. You can take your food to go or enjoy it in the lodge or on tables on the patio. It wasn't inexpensive, the portions were small, but everything was tasty. We shared a chicken chipotle sandwich with a Mediterranean plate and a cheese plate. The Mediterranean plate had an oz of feta, oz of eggplant & 1/4 pita. The cheese plate had 4 crackers, 4 grapes, 1/4 apple, oz Brie & oz of cheddar. Very nice $30 dinner. Nothing has prices, I have no idea how the 3 items totaled $30. Many brought their own wine & picnic baskets, commenting on the prices & small portions.

I'd eat here over the inn restaurant for sure! They do a fantastic iced mocha and an average vanilla latte and London fog. They have prepackaged sandwiches, salads, cereals, chips, candy, bars, and drinks. They have several vegan options (sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, and salads) which is really nice. They can sell out of things so your best bet for a large selection is to go in between meal times. Lunch things here are expensive (like $12-$16 salads and sandwiches). They have a pretty large selection of pastries (we thought the best thing of a cinnamon roll, maple donut, cruller donut, and almond croissant was the maple donut and least favorite was the cinnamon roll). There is a lot of seating outside the cafe and everyone working there is really nice.

If you are staying in Paradise Inn or visiting Paradise Visitor Center, this is a great place to get a quick snack or breakfast, tea or coffee. The service is very friendly and fast and menu items are great for a quick snack. They also have small outdoor patio where you can enjoy your meal.

    Yummy peanut butter chocolate bar!

This is my local coffee shop, it's my go to when I hang out with friends…read more I am very happy to have a specialty coffee shop in this little farmer-esque town. they have pretty fun seasonal drinks as well as a few regular specialty drinks. Their pastries aren't limited per say, but the variety isn't too huge. However, they have a lot of cookie options and bun options. They're not the most aesthetic pastries but they're pretty good, which is all you could really ask for. I've tried their salted bourbon latte and wasn't the biggest fan. But most of the other drinks that I've tried I've liked. I wouldn't say that the flavors pop out at you but the atmosphere and homey vibe keeps me coming back. It could've been a bit more cozy, the all white aesthetic isn't for me, but regardless it's nice and someone else's vision so I respect it. It's not too loud so you can still study here, but it's also not so quiet where you feel awkward to chat. The seating is a little limited, in the sense that single tables are scarce. It's mainly long community tables, which can be a little nerve wrecking for introverts but at least there is a decent amount of seating. They also sell plants from a separate vendor. There are plants, vases, and little trinkets. This coffee shop has a great purpose and mission statement, a lot of proceeds go to end human trafficking. This is a great shop to visit if you want a funky flavor of coffee (or a basic one), if you want to sit in and chat, or if you want to buy a plant; all while supporting a good cause.

One of the more beautiful cheeseburgers I've seen in a while. Just a happy, crowded, community with kids running and playing around on the old golf course and family and friends enjoying the outdoor tables in the evening sun under the old growth trees. Everything you love about living in the PNW. Burgers are solid, fries are creative and crispy. Chicken sandwich has too much sauce (almost like a chili sauce, like a sweet glaze with a little kick). Chicken Caesar was good - wish I had as much chicken as the salad did with the salmon. That said, it was a terrifically fun place and I'll be back.

Happening place on a rainy Sat for lunch with friendly staff taking our order upon arrival…read more Two of us ordered the chicken sandwich and they looked great, but our experience unfortunately were heavy on breading and light on actual chicken. My son ordered Forager's Burrito and he was disappointed as it seemed to be dominately potatoes and very little of the other ingredients. My bride ordered the Black Lentil bowl and made the assumption the base would be warm, but her experience was all of the ingredients were chilled. For us, beyond the friendly service the food was a disappointing miss.
