First time there, had the chicken fried steak, "good" and grilled pork chops, these we a little too salty, not so tender. mashed potatoes yum! Corn bland. Salad ok. Placed was very busy, which to me is a good sign. Wait was not long, maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Wait staff and cooking staff are really good. I got the chicken & green Chile omelet and it was delicious! The food took awhile but being as busy as it was but I understood. I never went dry on my coffee and when my food was brought out it was hot and fresh. Went around 11 waited for a table, no big deal,ordered and our food took 45 minutes to come out. So, you would think with it being that long food would be hot, right, nope. Had biscuits and gravy not only cold but not worth the price!!!! Complained to cashier and she told me if I would have come earlier the food would have been better. No apology just that I should have gotten up earlier. Complete disappointment when all the reviews are wonderful, maybe they got up early enough to have hot food. Always passed by this place and never really noticed it at first. Went inside and it was not what we were expecting. Decor, layout and everything was so attractive and tasteful! The first thing your hungry eyes see is the baked goods on display. I have yet to try any of their sweets, but I am tempted. The ladies were really nice and food was quick. I had the chicken bacon avocado sandwiched and it was on a delicious sourdough bread. Establishment was really clean and well organized, will definitely be returning ! read more

Really home style cooked good. Everything I've tried there is great! Excellent customer and very clean. The pastry are to die for. My favorite is the pot roast in Monday's and the short bread cookie with apricot filling. Can go wrong with this place. read more

Great breakfast! Cheese rolls are fabulous. Pastries are made with a delicate hand and not overly sweet. I had the veggie omelet which was fluffy and tender. Service was friendly, refilled our coffee cups without asking. Kitchen can be a little slow as it tends to get slammed at certain hours but food was worth the wait. read more
