So disappointing. Some friends and I had a girls trip to Hot Springs. We stopped here to get a couple drinks in the AC and enjoy each other's company. We were incredibly disappointed in the experience. Throughout about a 1 to 1.5 hour duration, we have 2 people (TWO) check on us the entire time. We had to go to the bar to actually get a drink on multiple occasions. We barely saw wait staff the entire time. There ended up being a tremendous confusion about the tab even because no one ever came up to us when it was very obvious that we were done and had been for a long time. Well this was an unexpected experience. We had just left the concert at the Hot Springs Bike Rally and it was almost 10:00 pm. The place was full of Arkansas fans watching the end of the game and bikers from the rally. We found a seat for all 8 in our party. First miracle. Next my friend ordered a turkey melt with string music. Oh my gosh! String music is jalapeño and onion strings deep fried. Delish. The surprise was the Turkey melt which was not turkey lunch meat but actual roasted turkey pieces topped with grilled onions and cheese on some marvelous marbled rye bread. My husband enjoyed cheeseburger sliders with Kettle chips that were really great! Another couple split a club sandwich that was piled high with ham and turkey. Another person had Irish stew. We told her we were gonna split the Irish Mac & Cheese and without even asking she had it split for us, looking like it was supposed to come out the kitchen that way. I'm a mac and cheese connoisseur myself and let me say theirs is some of the best I have ever had! Mouth-watering flavor served with a delicious, baked to perfection roll, complete with butter. I went to "The Rooftop" at first however after some inattentive service I decided to go with a more lax location. This bar exceeded my expectations. Austin was a wonderful bartender and talked cocktails with me all night long and encouraged his kitchen to keep open a few more minutes while I ordered some food. Overall, I had a wonderful time with Austin and his server ( at 8/20/20 at 11pm whose name I can not recall, however was very sweet) that I felt the need to brag about it and will be sharing on all my social media. read more

Cheese sticks appetizer came out in 30 minutes- half actually had cheese. 1 hour later was told our food probably was no going to come ( 1 person in kitchen) should have inform from the beginning it an 1 1/2 hour later. Walked in around noon on a Sunday and got a seat right away. We were offered a traditional menu and a brunch menu. Service was quick and prompt. Good selection on the menu. When we placed our order, we were told they were out of house chips. We were offered fries or onion rings. Food delivery was normal time. All of our food was correct and hot. The waitress checked in on us regularly and made sure we had everything we need. Overall, a very good visit and will come back again. The menu allows for multiple visits with not eating the same thing twice. read more

The good: On this particular visit, the service was great. The burgers were good as well*. And I like the idea of a $3 Bloody Mary to top a brunch. There was a solo act live music as well. The bad: On past visits, the service has been extremely slow. This time it was not the case, but 1/2 hour wait for pub food in a nearly empty establishment this time was unexpected. The ugly: paying 12 bucks for a burger and having to cough up more for fries. And the fries were cool, limp, and soggy. They were immediately sent back. The redemption: those nasty fries were replaced with delicious, crisp, piping hot -Irish -done -right -fries within one minute. How hot you ask? Second degree scalding hot, that's how hot they were! *two of our burgers were the Hell fire variety. While this was very tasty burger, there was no heat in the jalapeños it was topped with. So much so, if I didn't actually recognize the wilted little thing I would have sworn it was a strip of green bell pepper. Just saying, gonna call something a 'hell fire' I want to feel the burn (like in the fries) and need ice cream to put it out. This fell short of even a spark. read more

Honestly I didn't stay long, it was a Friday night and the 20-30 something crowd was pretty self absorbed. I loved the smoke free environment and probably would have stayed longer if I had come here first, but admittedly I was looking to sing a few songs and it wasn't karaoke night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We came on a Sat. afternoon, and they were starting to get busy but nothing crazy. First off, we stood at the doo for 5 minutes not acknowledged at all. We didn't know to seat ourselves as there was no sign, and no less than 3 waitresses looked at us without bothering to tell us to sit where we wanted. When we finally sat down, it took 15-20 mins to order drinks. We went ahead and ordered our food at that point. There were only 2 of us, I got the fish and chips and my cousin got a cheeseburger. One hour goes by and we don't have any food. Our waitress came to refill our drinks for the 1st time since we ordered them and we asked her about our food, she said she had just checked on it and we were the next ticket up. 15 minutes later, still no food. And we had a perfect view of the kitchen window so we knew 5+ orders had gone out since she told us that. After being here for 1.5 hours, we received our food (and our waitress didn't bring it, another did). The only good thing I have to say about this place is the food was good. I did want tarter sauce for my fish, but never could catch our waitress to ask so I ate without it (which was fine, the fish was great). When we had been finished eating for about ten mins, our waitress came by to make sure our food had come out (little too late now). We said yes and can we please have our check. She asked about refills, and we told her no thanks just the check. We continued to watch her wait on other tables for about ten minutes, still haven't received a check. We finally grabbed the waiter who brought our food and asked for a check and he went right to get it. We never saw or talked to our waitress again. We were here over 2 hours and received TERRIBLE service. Needless to say, we will never come here again if we visit Hot Springs in the future. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this place today with my family. Long story short, horrific experience. 1 hr 15 minutes to get a kids meal, salad, fries, and club sandwich. Ordered Garlic Aoli sauce then it didn't come with our food, waitress says, we don't have that any more after she took the order. No silver ware, brought wrong drink order, went MIA for 15 minutes outside. Watched our fries sit in the window for 8 minutes while our salads were made, there is more but I've already wasted enough time on this place. We called ahead and ordered our food, and when we arrived for pick up, the waitress spilled our whole order on the floor in front of me. That wasn't the issue; I understand that mistakes and accidents happen, but we then waited 45 minutes for the kitchen to remake our order, and when it was brought out, it was wrong. I informed the staff that my whole order was incorrect, but I didn't want to wait any more time, so we took what we had home. The food was HORRIBLE. The chips were soft and tasted like they'd been cooked in old grease. The hamburger was so salty, even my dog wouldn't eat it. We decided to come here based on location and yelp reviews. It is right next to the five star dinner theater but we didn't want their buffet. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Well, I'm assuming the owner was our waitress. She was very nice and very up front with us about what they were out of (which was basically the whole menu). I wanted cheese fries and she proceeded to exclaim their cheese isn't their normal recipe so she wouldn't recommend it. We waited for a solid hour we arrived at the restaurant at 7:05 and at 8:10 we still have not received our food. They gave us the option to leave because they didn't know how much longer it would be before I food was out.
