I called the finger printing company and they told me they had just found out the location would be closed. At the very least you could have called your scheduled appointments to notify them or make an effort to open to perform those services. Not only did you waste two hours of my time, I now have to contact the billing department at Identgo for a $110 refund for our finger printing appointments.
