I called the finger printing company and they told me they had just found out the location would be closed. At the very least you could have called your scheduled appointments to notify them or make an effort to open to perform those services. Not only did you waste two hours of my time, I now have to contact the billing department at Identgo for a $110 refund for our finger printing appointments. Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

She was able to come to me on a very short notice. The paperwork was on this plastic film and she knew what to bring not to let the signatures smear. She is very friendly and professional. I ended up using her again 3 days later for a separate signing need and she arrived on time and even brought extra envelopes in case I needed them.
