Always a great time! You may have to wait for a table but the food is always great and the martinis are even better!

The flavor went through all the meat, and the lettuce and tomato were not drowned out. The sub roll was delicious! I could only eat half- it was a full meal. The Rueben was thinly sliced pastrami that was grilled before assembly. The bread was not greasy and the sandwich was not too salty. I could eat it with my hands and could taste the sauerkraut, cheese and dressing without them overwhelming the whole flavor profile. The fries were tasty and a good portion size. The menu is so extensive that I will have to visit often. I definitely recommend stopping in. Great service, nice staff, good atmosphere!

When my partner and I walked in, we were greeted by a man at the counter and mentioned it was our first time visiting. His response was about as uninterested as it gets. Instead of offering a menu or any guidance, he simply pointed off to the side and told us to order when we were ready. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The space itself was small, with a few tables, drink coolers, baked goods, and smoothie options. After placing our order, we waited...and waited. After exactly 40 minutes, I finally asked about the status, especially after watching another couple come in after us, order, and leave with their food before we received ours. I understand that takeout and delivery orders are part of the business, but in-house customers should not be completely overlooked. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to acknowledge the delay. It genuinely felt like we didn't matter as customers. And for what? Two sandwiches--a roast beef and a turkey. Having worked in restaurants myself, I can confidently say that should not take 40 minutes under normal circumstances. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. We will not be returning. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

We seek out places like this who hold them to a higher standard. (Usually the places that have "Cheesesteak" or "Philadelphia" in their names.) The litmus test is whether or not they offer whiz as an option. These were miles above the stuff you'd get from a non-Philly branded place in Syracuse, but on the lower end of the good tier. We would definitely ask for extra dressing/whiz on our next order, because they were disappointingly dry. It seemed like an oxymoron to order Whiz Wit and have it come out dry. With that said though, all the ingredients were amazing. The bread is light, pretty much a full on sub roll. The meat was tender and tasted legit. Nothing weird, stringy or clearly frozen. The Smokey Horseradish Dijon kind of got lost in the shuffle. Same meat as the philly, but the mild kick from the mustard didn't really match what a focus on cheese would have done. The chicken cordon bleu was solid. The minced chicken was actually pretty moist. We added cherry peppers, which took it to another level and I would now never go without. Minced chicken is hit or miss for me, but I rolled the dice for chicken cordon bleu and hit the jackpot. These guys aren't my favorite "authentic" Philly in Syracuse, but they hold down the north side just fine. I'd be happy to eat here any time, and the prices are pretty good as well.

The onion rings were pretty good, too. I gotta say for a place that kinda screams "overpriced", it really isn't. Came to almost exactly 50 dollars for two burgers with fries, order of onion rings, and a soft drink. Honestly? In this economy? Pretty fair for the size and quality. 6 dollars for a shake kinda surprised me too, albeit I didn't order one. Server was nice. Place was probably overstaffed, but pretty great experience overall. Very pleasantly surprised. Check it out.

The calm ambiance and muted, cinnamon-brown walls of the space's predecessor, Cafe at 407, which closed at the end of 2023, have been replaced with TVs in the dining area and bar, a wall-length mural and a little nook with a neon sign that reads "Say Cheese!" and Polaroids of satisfied customers pinned to the wall. The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.

Got Roast Beef/Lettuce/Provolone/ Thousand Island. Sandwiches are hard to mess up and impress when they are cold cut but the price for the size along with the roast beef being a good cut definetly make this a good sandwich and I can understand the enjoyment. Coupled with it I ordered a soup and while they didnt have the meatball medley the chicken noodle was warm and comforting and additionally they gave us a mac salad to make up for the meatball medley being ordered but not available. Love a good paprika on my mac salad and they did it well. Would go back and try something else!

We came around lunch time on Saturday August 30th 2025 - Upon walking in, I noticed the menu board was written in very small font and had no descriptions so it was kind of hard to figure out what we wanted. I asked the employee for the most popular choice and she recommend the Brooklyn special which had swiss cheese, pastrami, corned beef and prosciutto. This came on a rye bread, with a type of mayonnaise and we added lettuce, tomato and onions. We got only 3 pickles for the huge sandwich which really did not seem like enough. I appreciated how much meat there was but the overall sandwich was lacking in flavor. The "Russian dressing" tasted like regular mayo. I did not see a regular reuben sandwich option on the menu, perhaps this was something you needed to request - but it would have been better to have a toasted bread perhaps or just a different sauce. Portion was huge, pricing was fair, but the overall flavor was boring so that is disappointing.

My favorite dish was always gyros over rice with cut up pita and salad from the streetcarts. Fastforward to now. In Upstate NY it is hard to find Gyros or meat over rice as good as the city...until today. I took one bite and had flashbacks. The chicken is seasoned with a blend of the middle east and Mediterranean. The steak was coated with white sauce, garlic sauce, and hummus. And the salad was panopley of options. Even a little toasted pita to remind of the gyros. Very filling. I will get multiple meals out of this and I will be back to try more!

I placed the order again and this time my dinner came without the cheesecake. I email them and they said I was Refunded for the first meal completely which I'm Still waiting for all these to process and that they're going to refund me for the second cheesecake. So I get hit with delivery fees and processing fees. I used to eat out here weekly but after this I'm sorry but I can't support someone who is going to mess my Order up twice I got hit with all these fees and there isn't anything they did to make the situation right and I've never had to email an HR department for a company I didn't work for. Also the second time I had to call the manager told me that I had to send an email about the missing desert and when I asked him to take care of it himself he couldn't comprehend the fact that I shouldn't have to contact them when they messed my order up twice it's disappointing that a place that I enjoyed eating at could care less that they made these mistakes.
