Went through American Home Shield for a warranty repair. Terrible customer service. Did not call to set up an appointment, had the worst voicemail message you can possibly have with loud music playing in the background while speaking an outgoing message. Stay away from them, they aren't even an accredited business on the Better Business Bureau. Typical of all businesses up in the pocono region. read more

I am so sad to write a negative review but I hope it spares someone the stress this company has put me through since Feb.10. I am the legal guardian of a loved one who is incapacitated. Their furnace broke a few times this winter and their live in aide called a separate company who kept coming in to replace parts but urged her to replace it as it will continue to break and there is no reason to keep putting band aids and money into it. When I became my loved ones guardian, due to their former guardian being hospitalized with severe complications from Covid-19, (eventually receiving double lung transplant) I learned she had an account with American Home Sheild. After calling AHS they contacted Integrity Mechanical. Right away I had trouble getting in touch with Dave due to his voice mail always being full. Eventually we spoke and I explained the situation and sent him the invoices and recommendations from the previous company. He looked at my oved one's furnace and said he would put in an order for them to replace it even though it is currently working, because of its history. He was polite, kind, and I felt like he had intentions to do what he said he would. Well... this started Feb. 10th. Today is Tuesday April 13th. Please see the pictures of text conversations of me asking Dave for the status of the order. If it was put in etc. I had to text because he rarely answered phone and voice mail was always full. Home shield called him again today (4/13) and he told them he wasn't putting in a request for a replacement because the furnace is currently working. It seems like Dave is spending time in Florida and I wish him the best there, but I wish he told me from the start that he wouldn't be putting in the request so that I could have resolved this in a better way. read more

Is this a real place? Been almost 4 months of trying to work thru my home warranty who must contract with "integrity:. What a joke. No fixed Central AC, no call backs. No...nothing. A Dave called once, but zero followup. Four months without AC, thru the hottest summer I can remember. They are horrible. Stay away. If you use them and give a GOOD review, I would be surprised. After three visits, and wrong parts installed on our furnace, we were left without heat the day before Christmas Eve. I was told they ordered parts and would be out sometime the next week, no indication as to when. I felt that was crazy to leave our family without heat for a minimum of 5 days in December. I called another company at 6PM, they were there at 8AM and listed all the things that were installed incorrectly and wrong parts. Basically, they made it worse and ended up costing me $500. The guy was nice, but it basically was my decision maker in cancelling my home warranty. I'd rather just find my own people than be stuck with these headaches. read more

Our home warranty co. (HSA) scheduled Integrity to troubleshoot and issue with two AC units in a dual zone house. Fan not working on the one outside unit and the second unit would not turn on at all. Our tech Eddie arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He took time to troubleshoot both, explained exactly what was going on with each unit, and was able to fix the issues. Both are working great now. I would recommend Integrity based on my experience. I was really happy with the job they did. read more

extremely poor customer service If I could I would not even give them 1 star!!! We have been without AC for 3 days and no response from their them. They are working with American Home Shield and at this point neither one is reliable. I am promised phone calls and I have yet to receive a call back. The contractor won't call and his VM box is always full! The AHS reps have preprinted scripts and they do absolutely nothing! Do not waste your money. read more

This company is a huge joke! I was assigned them by American Home Shield and was told they would contact me within 24 hours to schedule a service visit. After the 24 hours and not hearing anything i logged back into the AHS portal and it showed "Unable to reach you, please contact the contractor" I immediately called the number listed for the contractor and it went to Dave's voice mail box and that box was full and not taking new messages. I then called the AHS hotline and asked whats up? AHS noted that the contractor said they tried to contact me and even left a message, that is a lie! AHS hooked me up with a new contractor. This company has a ton of bad reviews here on yelp and other review sites. Joke of a company! read more

This company (Integrity Air Conditioning) was/is in contract with American Home Shield and was assigned to service my Heat Pump after I placed a service call on July 6. I was surprised of the quick turnaround and a technician was in my home in 2 days. I was told that I needed a part for the repairs and may take 2 weeks for the part to arrive. It all goes downhill from there. After 2 weeks passes by, I did not hear back. I called several times only to leave voice messages and no call backs. I contacted AHS several times to escalate but they too were not much of a help. After several calls to AHS and escalations to Field managers that I finally received a calf from the owner "Dave". He did not seem to know who I am and was in fact asking me what part I needed! He promised to call back but did not. another escalation with AHS and surely got my call back to inform me that the part will arrive in 6-7 business days. I waited but and again no communication from company. I called again and left 3 messages. called AHS again and issue escalated. I just realized that "Dave" or someone that works with him will only call back only after issue is escalated. Waiting on AHS to either assign me another contractor or allow me to pick my own. The tragedy is while "Dave" is enjoying his summer, my family had to endure temperatures in the high eighties and few days in the nineties inside our home. Practically the entire summer without AC in the sweltering hottest summer I can remember! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. INTEGRITY AIR CONDITIONING AND HEARING.
