I was greeted by Holly a very friendly person and was assisted with printing letters last week even though they were busy. My letter was on a USB stick. In the past we could print our own letters using one of several computers but those are turned off now. I understand that print servers can really be a problem. No fault of the store. That is why I have to give Holly ten stars for her patient help. Most commendable! Copy 4 Less has been around for a long time. Now that covid is pretty much over I hope everyone supports these businesses. I have had business manuals printed here over the years for the University as well as my novel for proof reading. So perfect for my printing needs :) I don't remember how I came across this place, most likely yelp, but it's been my "go to" when I need to print something since I don't have a printer. I load up my files to my usb stick and bring it for easy printing. I believe they give you five minutes of free computer use which is more than enough time to plug in my usb and print away. Another thing I like about using their services here is that I can easily make double sided prints. Just make sure to check the settings before you print or you'll make the same mistake as me and end up with sheets that you have to throw away. There's also a table with a stapler, staple remover, scissors, and other stuff you may need. So I recently bought an HP printer to take care of my printing needs but I print quite a lot weekly so I should have known an HP printer wasn't going to cut it. Was printing some work packets the day I needed them and of course it ran out of ink after just less than 50 prints on a new set of ink! -___- I yelped a place near me and found Copy 4 Less. I quickly drove over here to complete my printing. The self serve was easy to use. 4.9cents each copy in black. The print was decent, black ink was a little on the light side though. They have other services like poster printing, business cards, etc. I was very well informed about their services and was given a brochure for prices and future visits. I kept track of how much I printed on a piece of a paper and I gave it to the cashier. I guess they use an "honesty" policy here so they charged me for what I have written down. My cost was like $2.02 and I didn't have cash so they accepted my debit card. Be aware that all debit purchases need to exceed $2.00. We got turned away by a few other spots because our files were not compatible and no one had time (i.e. could be bothered) to help us out. Not Copy 4 Less!! Dan is the man - seriously. It was FULL SERVICE at the self-service kiosk. He walked us through everything and made sure each file was properly prepared and that each page came out perfectly. They even let us stay 30 minutes after closing so we could use the paper cutter. The sweetest staff and the best prices. I don't know who this Trish lady is, but Dan and John are darlings in my book. I use to love Copy 4 Less in Fountain Valley and used them for everything. They have slid so far down on everything - customer service is surly or non-existent. They feel they are doing you a favor by being there. Prices have skyrocketed. They no longer allow you to download your job from a flash drive. They won't allow you to bring in your own paper even though they have signs talking about paper shortage and price spikes. So disappointed and will never use again. Staples off Goldenwest was pleasant, courteous, helpful, and fair price. read more

I decided to try Copy 4 Less because Kinko's is horrible. Most of the people working at Kinko's have no idea what they are doing, nor do they seem to care. Unfortunately, I had a relatively similar customer service experience at Copy 4 Less. The prices are not that different from other copy businesses, and the customer service is minimal. The people that work there are not friendly nor helpful. When you walk in, you may or may not get an acknowledgment, and at best, you will get a "what do you need?" You will not get a smile nor a friendly "Can I help you?" The work was just okay, although I appreciated that they did the job in one day. That said, they didn't follow my pretty simple instructions: make exact copies of what I dropped off, down to the color. It would have been nice if they told me they were going to do their own thing and not what I asked for, but they didn't. Also, they broke one of the items I had brought in and dismissed it without apologizing. I advised that these were older items, and the age was what made them special. I assumed they would be more careful with the items, my mistake. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this business unless you are going to make your xerox copies yourself. read more

Came here to print my final research poster presentation in color. It was my first time here so I awkwardly looked around as I was trying to figure out what machine to use. There were like 5 employees behind the counter and none of them even acknowledged me. I stood in front of the desk for a minute and then there was a bigger guy stapling something on the opposite side. Again, he did not acknowledge me. I gently said "excuse me?" And he looked up at me and said "yeah?" I asked him a question regarding the printing, and he just simply answered which machine I should use. Didn't offer to help or anything. I printed my stuff and then went to the cashier. He was a younger guy with black hair and the only friendly one. Another customer had emailed her print job to their main email so it could be printed. When she got to the store a lady told her her email hadn't been received. The customer started to freak out because she had to drive all the way back home to figure out what happened. That's when the cashier guy asked for her name, and then told her that her print job was done. This guy is the only one who's friendly and knows what he's doing.
