I just went to Copies4 less in Fountain Valley. Overall, I like this store. However, the girl who served me was wearing a mask below her nose. She then took it off to eat some candy, then put it back on below her nose again. She wasn't very helpful and had a snippy attitude with me while flirting with her coworker. The service is great here! I've been coming here for quite a while now. However, just today I had a bad experience with them. One of the workers over charged me for the cutting he did for my flyers. I gave him 125 sheets and he still dares to say it in my face that I had more. So he charged me more. Then the other guy that cuts my last batch of flyers, cuts them horribly wrong, and tells me it's my fault! Really? I'm like, your really gonna stand there and give me flyers that are cut up wrong and expect me to pay. That's not cool, so disappointed. I had to convince him to at least be kind enough to re print the ones he messed up. He still decided to charge me to the new cuts knowing that my other set of flyers were over charged. Copy 4 Less is the best printing service around here! I highly recommend this spot over Fedex. Their prices are more affordable and the quality of the paper they use is seriously amazing. The location gets the job done but expect to hold their hand throughout the process and check in frequently. They don't communicate well internally, confirm your email has been received, contact you with issues or when the job is complete. I'd only go to them if you need something fast/in person. My prints weren't cut well either and they left a leftover white line. It was kind of a frustrating experience working with them but I'm just glad I got my prints. read more

Self service is fairly easy; there are 2 B&W printers and 2 color printers to choose from. My 2 prints for class came out in GREAT quality and quickly. However, I was disappointed in the service here. One lady was helping a gentleman who came to pick up an order and had to make some calls, which was fine. I was still waiting in line, and then another lady came to help another gentleman on the side pay. Once she finished helping him, she saw my copies, gave me the awkward smile you give to strangers whom you make eye contact with, and then walked away...um hello...was anyone going to ring me up? I might as well have dropped a dollar and let them keep the change. Would've been much faster that way. Or if I were that invisible, they wouldn't have noticed my walking out w/o paying, but I didn't do that because that's being dishonest... I went in to Copy 4 Less to print out a newsletter on glossy paper. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped produce exactly what I was hoping for. As a bonus, I got to chat with the parrot, Tiki, while I was waiting for my copy job to finish. He had no mask (required) and when I commented he said "I can't breathe" and shrugged. I said but what about spreading the virus to me and I die - he said "Oh well". I won't be back! Came in here on a Tuesday afternoon for a small print job (just needed about 600 copies of a couple worksheets). The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and assisted me in emailing my documents to the proper place. He even printed out a couple of samples of my documents to ensure they were to my liking before proceeding with the whole job. I was quoted 15 minutes for the print, and it was done in about 10. The whole print ran me $31.40 plus tax. This included 500 copies of one worksheet at 4.6¢ a copy and 150 of another at 5.6¢ a copy (they charge less for larger batch orders of the same document). Very quick and easy copy shop with straightforward pricing. Would definitely recommend! read more

Fast, attentive, and quality service! I was calling around for quotes today, and happened to find this one in my area on Yelp! After speaking to a nice lady on the phone, I decided to drop by and see if they supported my print project needs. It was definitely worth visiting, because the lady by the name Trisha, was glad to help, even thought it seemed she was busy. I was surprised at how many printing machines they had there to produce your normal copies or even custom prints. If you've ever been to a Kinko's you'd definitely pick this place over them. They printed my posters, flyers, and ticket stubs with custom cutting needed. Pricing is reasonable. Service is friendly. Quality is exceptional. Holly, Daniel and Mike are the people I always see there; they are all helpful. Since this is tucked in a small shopping center, it isn't as busy as others I have seen, which makes it my only "GO-TO" copy place. Why? There isn't a long line of people and their customer service of treating you is so flexible and kind, it is nice. Price-wise, it has gone up about .02 because many copy places are closing and they are still cheaper. Current self copy cost is .08 cents. However, they too are trying to survive as a small business. I have used their email to send them pdf files and they printed it the same day. Why go here? It isn't congested with people, cost is low and the staff is really helpful. Remember though, you tell them what you need and that's how they help. Jamie was very easy going and professional, keeping her cool (therefore keeping me calma and cool) throughout the whole process.
