Wow!!!! that's all I have to say. I will never go to another UPS. First, the lady in front of me was confused and asking a lot of questions and seemed a little bit overwhelmed, and I heard the UPS guy behind the counter say to her don't worry Miss I've got it all handled and she thanked him and walked out. I was next I hated to ask, but I had a very very heavy box in my car that I asked if they could help me bring it in. He very friendly said yes no problem and we discovered that my box had shifted and the item was not fitting in the box properly he patiently waited while I adjusted a few things, and I knew I was going to have to buy some tape because I ripped the box. I told him that we could both carry it in and he said don't worry I got it and threw it over his shoulder like it was nothing then as I was following him, and he already had a receipt for me and said everything's taken care of and handed me the receipt. Parking was easy, fast and friendly service, tracking number for even standard, and costs aren't even that bad for the service you receive. Not to mention, their "standard" shipping is quite fast. I mailed a package to a PO Box on Decembet 11, 2025. I was guaranteed 2 day delivery and charged for 2 day delivery. Package still hasn't arrived. Called store, was told we don't have tracking service for PO Boxes, you'll have to call the USPS to see where your package is. Spoke to manager, stated he had customers standing outside the door, would call me back after looking into matter, received no call back. This UPS Store is dishonest and only cares about taking customers money. I am so bummed. I have been coming here for literally years. I print documents and resumes at this location, I live close, i have never had bad service ever. Was trying to overnight an iPhone to my child and I gave Malcom all the information to ship it to California City. My child has no phone. Malcom said it was $65 to have it sent to arrive on Monday. I asked if it was less to two day it and he said not much. So I said let's just do it and I would need insurance. Malcom then said, "excuse me I am going to need you to pay attention for this part". I looked up from the text I was receiving from my cousin who had to change the date of her mother's memorial. I looked up and said, "excuse me?" Malcom then said I seemed upset and that they were uncomfortable serving me. I said OK Incan wait for the other guy. He said I would have to go somewhere else. Again, "Are you kidding me? I have been coming here for literally years. Never had an issue." He just said that he wouldn't be able to assist me because he wasn't comfortable. What happened to service? The folks here have always been amazing. So helpful when I have technical issues. I just said "ima yelp the shit outta you." And left. Seriously Gen Z how fragile are you? Am I not allowed to multi task or have sticker shock that mailing a little phone to another place in CA was over $60? This is my local UPS store. I've been using it for years to ship packages. Today I appreciated that they had 3 people at the registers, so I didn't have to wait in line. Hayato helped me pick out some boxes that would fit the multiple items I was shipping. He was kind and resourceful. He guided me so I could get the best value for all that I needed to purchase. Absolutely do not recommend this place. Understaffed and too busy. The employees rush you and the place is hot as hell. The up-charge on shipping and shipping materials is outrageous. You literally save 50% going to USPS down the street. The only use for this place is if you have Amazon returns to drop off. Otherwise, avoid. read more

This is unfortunately the closest UPS to me so I frequent often, but I might opt to do my amazon returns at kohl's and just go to USPS across the street. When I work with Jin, who seems to be the manager or main person there, I'd say half the time I leave so aggravated. Most recently, He wanted to charge me for a box to return my Amazon items which don't typically require a box because that's what Amazon says. He said it was due to the quantity of item. I have never heard of that. Well, I declined it and he canceled the label. When I came back to re-scan the label with a box, the label was no longer good anymore, and I had to get a new label re-issued then and there. What should've been a quick stop, lasted much longer than anticipated and made me late for my appointment. Argh! read more

Charged me to print a label because they couldn't scan mine. So frustrating and petty. $1.39 just to upset someone? They print out a sticker for proof of drop off free of charge but $1.39 to print a piece of paper. It's not like I went there with nothing expecting them to do all the work. I printed my label at home (yes, admittedly it maybe didn't print well) and taped it cleanly on the box. To top off my frustration, I went out of my way to this store because the closer one had a lower rating and the first review was about them charging for a label! Oh the irony. Of course I'll go back there when I have to out of necessity and I gave them 2 stars, one extra for them being friendly about the label incident. But so annoying and unnecessary. read more

I emailed a document that I needed in a hurry to ups.com and went to the Atlanta store to pick it up. They did a great job, but it appeared to be on a lighter-weight paper than I had ordered. It turns out that the weight of the paper did not come through on their end and he ran another 50 copies for me, despite my saying that it wasn't all that important after all. Futhermore, he said that if I dealt directly with his store in the future, I could not only avoid that type of problem, but it would also be cheaper. What a find! read more
