But after my mom had paid and was ready to go the employee who was helping told my mom that she should have gotten to the store earlier so the employee didn't have to rush. My mom felt like she was being talked down to by the employee when she had already explained to her that she was coming from another fedex because they already had their pickup. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior by this employee. I understand kindly letting them know as a courtesy but talking down to them is disgusting.
