My family and I had to put together a memorial for the loss of our matriarch. It was a task no one wants to have to do, but it had to be done. I created some graphic pieces and a keepsake book mark to honor. I saw the reviews on Yelp and gave them a shot. Honest and affordable, though even if he were more expensive I would still patronize his business because he and his family are so wonderful. (But they aren't more expensive, so even better for us!) After another print shop in the Valley completely dropped the ball on my order, I was in a frantic search for another place to quickly do the job. Most local shops are either closed or close super early on Saturdays, so discouragement was slowly creeping in. Fortunately, we came across Copy Hub on Yelp! I called to confirm if they have the paper size that I needed & Ray was so friendly and helpful over the phone. Once I arrived at the shop, he immediately remembered our phone conversation & started the job right away with a smile and spring in his step. When I noticed a few stray marks on a couple of the printouts, Ray apologized profusely & continued to troubleshoot the issue. He ended up giving me extra copies at no charge, on top of a considerable discount...this was not expected & I was absolutely floored by his remarkable service & dedication to customer satisfaction! I was in & out within 20 minutes (it would've taken at least a day with the previous shop I used - if I were lucky)! Ray has been a solid rock in getting copies to me on time when I need them in a super rush, collated, color, b/w, any size or shape you name it. He answers emails within minutes too. I don't know how he does it; He's indefatigable & a really good guy. His rates are also much more fair than corporate copy places around town. If you need to use the computer he's always there to help answer any questions and set you up. If you need the paper cutter, tape, paper clips it's all right there. This is a short review but these guys deserve to be recognized for their business. We left our Dodger tickets and needed somewhere to print out our tickets again. We called this place and the owner was super nice. We came through, signed on to their computer and printed out tickets. We asked him how much we owed him and he said $1. We didn't have cash and asked if he accepts credit card. He said he does but not to worry about it and just pay him next time. I thought that was awesome because he probably knows we'll never be back but he still provided us with 110% service and was ok with not charging us. Businesses like this deserve to be recognized! I'm so glad I found copy hub. Ray and Edna truly care about what they do and helping us. I came in the first time to get custom prints for a display case. Their machine at first wasn't printing to the quality they expected so they immediately called their repair man and I wasn't in a rush so I came back next day and we got them printed and they looked very sharp and vivid. Other stores wouldn't have cared most likely and just said "well that's what we can do". So that impressed me. They are also so nice and communicate. So a few months later I came back yesterday to get new ones printed and in 10 mins we had them sized up and printed and on my way. They remembered me too. It has a nice small town vibe.
