Feel bad to past this bad review. used them for other services but last experience totally failed. Simple drop off to return a package, prepaid and address label ready. They gave me a receipt with no tracking number. So I had to go back. Then a few days later the same package came back to my house instead of the return warehouse. Highly recommend this shop for all your customized needs! I came in to ask if they can create this sign I saw on Pinterest, the owner helped me pick out the font, the type of wood, and colors. It was awesome being able to choose exactly what I wanted. She was super friendly and helped create a sign that I envisioned. The service is great, quick and reasonably priced. I learned they can help you develop everything, from t-shirts, banners, wooden signs, blueprints, etc. The shop isn't hard to find either, in a good location off of WA-3 with a well sized parking lot, wouldn't have to worry about having to street park or anything like that. Super shitty quality print and rip off price. Imagine you spend 35 dollars to print 10 pieces PAPER! that's what they charge. And what's more?! Spoke to this worker on the phone she clearly says it's 2 dollars to print A piece paper... unbelievable!!! So they did a horrible job and cheated on price. I haven't used their design or printing services, but I bought a box to nail a package out. They said they could also ship it for me via priority mail "but there was a slight mark up." Ok cool, I'll support small business and pay a couple extra bucks to not stand in line at the post office. Well I walked in today to mail my packed box and had to stand around and wait and wait while one customer was asking questions about a banner. So finally it's my turn and my total was $42. Excuse me? Then she realizes there's something on the invoice that wasn't cleared, and it lowered my price down to...$40! Not paying that price, so I took my box and went to the post office. No line. No wait. And my price shipping priority was $20! A 'slight' mark up to me is not doubling the price. That's more than insane. Will I ship through Copy That again? No. BUT I know who has a large assortment of boxes if I need one and if I ever have printing needs I may check them out. read more

We needed a new business hours sign for our company window. I contacted the owner, Amber, about window clings. She suggested vinyl lettering. Of course, I was not familiar with this type of window treatment. Amber answered all of my questions and explained everything to me very well. She confirmed the order and even double-checked to make sure that she had interpreted everything from my photo correctly. The sign was ordered and arrived in less than a week. the sign was applied to our window immediately and looks GREAT!
