I sent everything as requested within 5 minutes (it was queued up) to an email that was not a business, but rather personal address. I heard nothing for two days and then got an email stating he'd tried to call both phones and couldn't leave a message because things didn't work. He asked that I try to call him. That call just happened and when I called the number from his email it was wrong. I went and looked up the correct number and Dave answered. He stated he had no clue who I was or what I was speaking about. I read him the name on the email as he claimed maybe some pretended to be him. He said it was right and then said he's moved on from the request as he's had a million since then. He is operating out of his home and is not on top of his game. He can't even give a general price quote. Go somewhere reputable as this Dave Paulus is not the one.

It's a little too late. I didn't want to argue with the guy becuz he is stoic and seemed like I was a nuisance to him. The building owner refused to allow Kelly to put up a moved sign (identifying a empty space) because of some of the issues with that area of Ballard. Google changed the listing to 'closed' but will not change let them update the business info without paying a fee. Also when they moved Comcast reset their phone number instead of transferring it, Kelly has been trying to get Comcast to restore the old number but getting people's orders done has taken precedence.
