Pretty confusing experience. I called and explained what I needed. Nice guy asked me to bring in a flash drive and he thought they could help me. I drove there with the flash drive. Talked to another guy, very nice who said they could do the job and started to write a quote. Went back to get some help and a little guy came out and basically said they didn't want my business and I should go to staples. Responding to your last comment. If you take a payment and an order, request label files and give an estimated time of completion that is called taking an order! I got bounced around to at least 4 designers in your team because they all QUIT working for you and then I finally got sent to a new designer who completed the work, my files were sent to print. The time of delivery you had a given was 30 days and you took years to finish it, you are so unorganized you don't even know what you are doing there. Look at the response on the comment here to begin with.. It took you almost a year to response to the review, this is how you run your business. I have receipts of when I paid you 50% to star the work and when I paid the balance so you can deliver it 6 months after I paid the balance. You took the order, told me it would take 30 days to complete and it took years not months. Besides that you are horrible running your business you yell at your customers, hang up one them and lie about deadlines and you tell your employees to lie to people and tell the customers you are not there when you are and wont return phone calls. Before you write a response check the facts and check the receipts and your invoices and them write the response because I do have the receipts and I can post them to show everyone that you simply don't respect deadlines and run your business horrible! I tried to get you to refund me the money since you wouldn't do the work and your response was you would not do it or you would charge me a penalty for canceling the work when it was clearly your fault not mine. read more

I used Copyland for a cookbook I self published many years ago and they did an excellent job. Not only did they produce a beautiful book but they were able to store them in their space for a long while. I had hundreds of copies and had no room to keep them at my house. Copyland on Pico is the BEST! A friend recommended them -- and she was so right. Diego was beyond helpful, and since it was a costly job but I had a limited budget, he even worked with me on the price. My color, spiral-bound 11x17" booklets came out beautifully -- plus, when he boxed them, he put soft paper between each booklet to prevent the vinyl covers from scratching. Copyland is awesome, I drive by and decided to check them out 1000 x more efficient than Kinkos my normal go to place. During Covid-19 they are making appointments and cranking out work in one day and same day... I love that I could speak with them on the phone, describe my job then supplement this with emails. Two-sided business card. Came in with text separated into two areas for front and back, requesting my favorite typeface 1000 cards, got a very reasonable quote. Awaited the proof email, which arrived the day before expected delivery, approved it. Called in the next day to find out when it would be ready, and the delivery date was pushed forward by only a day. It was ready when promised, it was very well done. I needed to scan my college transcript and my scanner was broken. I was driving towards work, punched "copy" into my GPS, and went to the first place that came up, assuming it would be cheaper than FedEx Office because it was a little hole in the wall. Walked in. Said I needed something scanned. Gave it to the girl up front. She took an inappropriately long time scanning this 2-page document, but whatever. She disappeared into the back for a few minutes. When she returned, she casually said to me: "Ok, that'll be 15 dollars." FIFTEEN dollars?! To scan 2 pages in black and white?! I responded with incredible shock and disbelief, thinking maybe she was joking, made a typo, or mixed my order up with something else. She shrugged helplessly. "Yeah, it's 15. That's what he told me." Me: "WHY is it 15 dollars? Are you SURE? It's, like, a dollar at Kinko's." She asked if I wanted her to go talk to the CFO to make sure it was right. Uh, YES PLEASE. I was sure she'd made a mistake. She came back out to report that this mysterious CFO (Wizard of Oz?) said I can have it for $10 "just this one time." Just this one time? I have a feeling he said that to her, and she wasn't supposed to repeat the "just this one time" part to me. 10 dollars is still incredibly outrageous, but she had already scanned it. I reluctantly paid the 10 bucks and got the hell out of there. I definitely will only give them my business "just that one time." read more

Went here a while ago, and got business cards "done". They took two extra days to get the order done, and then managed to chop off the top left part of the logo. When I was like, "WTF," the guy was like, "oh that's the 'bleed' ... that happens sometimes." Telling him that that still didn't make it "okay," the man who seemed to be the son's owner tried to slip one past me and tell me that it was because of the "artwork I sent them." Um, no. Nice try, lazy ass. Listen, son... $100 says I've got more graphic design experience than your sorry ass does (and I do finance for a living), and my bullshit detector went off before you even finished your weak attempt at an excuse. First, the artwork was perfectly within the limits when I sent it to you. Second, that sh*t's scalable. That's the whole point of the vector image format, which they had requested. Loss-less compression and resizing. On top of that, even if it WASN'T scalable, wouldn't you at least figure, like, "Hey... half their logo is missing... maybe that's not gonna work out so well for them when they give their cards to other people.... hmmmm" ?' Great quality work...but I do not recommend if you have a solid deadline to meet. I needed my business cards by a certain time and date, which I was told would be fine when I ordered, then they missed my deadline with very little remorse. In fact they didn't seem to care at all. If you have the time to wait for your order then you should be happy with the final result. Prices are somewhat high so you may want to shop around but always keep the quality of the print in mind!! read more

This was a tough one. This place was recommended by a friend of mine. I work in the area and needed some printing done in somewhat of a hurry. I yelped it and saw some negative comments so I thought "maybe not". My buddy said, just go in and met Daniel, the owner, and make up my own mind. I am not in the business of printing or graphic desigm, so I am at the mercy of the artist/business. Met Daniel, first impression was that this guy knows his stuff, and he seemed to be an honest. I was still on the bubble, I thought about the Yelp reviews and decided to go against the grain and give him a try. Without making this any longer... I was way pleased with the quality, turn around time, and price (you get what you pay for). This may be the only time that I do business here, but first impressions are important and hard to replace. Although my designs often require some fine tuning, they always try to accommodate me, especially with my 'last-minute' orders. I feel that they deserve 5 stars. Prices and quality are good... they really offer good value. Andrea -one of the owners- is always courteous. His brother is more on the crankier side. Therefore, I deal with Andrea.
