Be careful when parking and try to park far away from others to protect your vehicle from potential damage. The security guard was super friendly. When checking in, you do so on an iPad that the front desk gives you. The front desk staff was NOT friendly at all. The 4 stars is mainly because of the nurse, who was friendly, and the PA (Jason). Jason didn't rush the visit and allowed my friend to ask as many questions as he needed to. They made the experience great and less stressful for my friend who had to get stitches removed. He wanted to give them 5 stars, BUT that parking situation and front desk experience is why a star was deducted.

I decided to give PT a try 1st, I was in pretty bad shape it took about 6 months of treatment but no surgery and no more pain. They did an excellent job 2nd incident the ball of both my feet had all numbness no feeling at all. I went back to NC Physical therapy three months later my feet are near normal. This is a great place for PT and to note the owner and the staff are extremely nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Kyle, my therapist, has worked with me to put together a program of exercises and stretching that have helped tremendously. I added dry needling to the mix, which has been a Godsend. Kyle seems to be able to find the exact location of knots and tension and to target them for release with perfect precision. I get much relief from him and this therapy. I have worked with other therapists as well. To a one, every staff member (clinical and administrative) is friendly, competent, funny, and a joy. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. I immediately left, went to the front desk and canceled the rest of my 36 appointments. A business that lets sick employees amongst its customers, many elderly, should be avoided. My appts have been on time, positive mental attitudes from all staff members, along with just the most friendly professionals, and very knowledgable. Full knee replacements can take a lot of time, patience and work. Having such trained pros helping us to recover, heal and strengthen without overdoing it - makes all the difference! I know what I am going to be going into with another full knee replacement coming up, but with the care of OPT I am ready to schedule the next. I Left With a Punctured Lung and Little Accountability... Please read before you seek care there…read more I underwent what I believed were routine trigger point injections, and what followed was one of the most frightening medical experiences of my life. Immediately after the procedure, I developed symptoms that ultimately led to the diagnosis of a punctured lung (pneumothorax). I required emergency treatment, hospitalization, and placement of a chest tube. I experienced significant pain, difficulty taking deep breaths, missed work, and weeks of recovery from an injury that never should have occurred during what was presented as a relatively straightforward procedure. What has been equally disappointing is how the practice handled the situation afterward. Rather than accepting meaningful responsibility or attempting to make things right, I received what amounted to an apology accompanied by statements that the procedure was performed within the standard of care. Their position was essentially that complications can happen, and therefore no further action was warranted. In my case, I was never informed that a punctured lung was a risk of the trigger point injections I received. Had I understood that risk, I would have asked additional questions before consenting. Patients deserve informed consent that is specific to the procedure actually being performed. While the practice stated they reviewed my case and even identified opportunities to improve their documentation and procedural processes, those acknowledgments have done nothing to address the physical pain, emotional distress, lost income, and disruption this complication caused. Mistakes and complications can occur in medicine. What defines a practice is how it responds when they do. I expected accountability, transparency, and a sincere effort to resolve the situation fairly. Instead, I was left feeling that protecting the practice was more important than caring for the patient who was harmed. I hope future patients never experience what I did, and I hope the practice follows through on whatever changes they identified during their internal review. My experience, however, left me deeply disappointed and without confidence that patients are truly supported when serious complications occur.

I am living in severe, continuous shoulder pain and cannot get sleep, yet my urgent medical requests are being completely neglected. Patients shouldn't have to chase down an office just to get standard authorization filed. I hope you have a great night sleep tonight, with my shoulder I won't.
