Takeout review only: Got takeout via SkipTheDishes. Ordered the western omelette which came with potatoes, fruit and toast. Asked for lightly toasted and Unbuttered bread which was honoured. Potatoes and omelette were delicious, a little cold however. Fruit was fresh. Presentation of the meal did not look great however I'm sure this would be different when dining in. read more

GREAT restaurant, my only complaint is that they aren't open for dinner! When I first looked at their menu online (http://www.chezcora.com/our-menu) I assumed the pictures were for show... well they aren't, Cora's really does cut and display your fruit like an edible arrangement, it was almost too pretty to eat! Everything on the menu is delicious, you can't go wrong! Today I ordered the GiGi's Salad with a side of Cream of Zucchini Soup - to go. The description of the salad is... With chicken salad, ham, hard boiled egg, bruschetta toping, cucumbers and Cheddar; served with toasted Ciabatta bread... Well I didn't get the bread but they did give me a side of soup, so I won't complain! They offer you salad dressing with the salad but really if you mix it all up the salad dresses itself (there is enough dressing in the chicken salad and bruschetta). As you can see by my other pictures, I just can't stay away from Cora's, it's my favorite! read more

Great place for breakfast! I always get something traditional, like bacon, ham and eggs. I really wish they had gluten free waffles!

Friendly country service with a smile. My pass/fail is how they cook their bacon. Not fried the traditional way, and baked, is a failure. Taking short cuts and not investing time to make food the way the should be is not acceptable. read more

Unfortunately my family and I had a very surprising experience this morning at Cora's. I have normally received excellent service, however today we had a frustrating and angering experience. The waitress was lovely but when we asked the hostess why our food was taking so long and if she could check on it for us the service took a turn for the worst. The hostess returned with our food and said "it was only 21 minutes actually" I work in the service industry and you NEVER place blame on the customers. The wait time was certainly not that short however that was not the issue. The remark was condescending. Then she proceeded to talk down to my elderly aunt by saying in a voice as if she were talking to a child "ohhhh someone likes bacon" we all had sides of bacon, there was no reason to single out my aunt and talk to her as if she were 5 years old. So to sum things up, our waitress was fantastic and the food was good, but the hostess was rude, condescending and disrespectful to my very distinguished and intelligent elderly aunt. read more

The decor is ugly. The food is okay. It's well presented and almost every dish comes with fresh fruit. I ordered my poached egg runny but it was cooked medium. The potatoes were okay, pretty standard. The portions are gigantic. I think it's overpriced. read more

This is a great spot! It is busy on Saturdays for breakfast. Part of the fun and attraction is the line -up for a table. Actually busy all the time. IN the summer, their outdoor seating area is always full. The theme for the food is fresh fresh and fun! the fruit breakfast trays are delicious. The serve a good cappuccino for afterwards as well. I have pancakes or one of their belgian waffles with whipped cream, topped with fruit. It's one of the places where almost everyone tries at least once, then they get hooked...lol... it is somewhat pricey for breakfast, two people diining will set you back 30 bucks as most dishes are about 12.99 and up. If you order cap/lattes then these will set you back a bit as well. read more

Very popular breakfast and brunch spot it town! The menu is huge and has a wide variety for everyone, including vegetarians. Expect meals with tons of fresh fruit on them and unique combinations of your favourite breakfast foods. It's casual but also always feels special and like an event to go there. SO MUCH FOOD! It had been years (over 8 to be exact) since I had last been to a Cora's. I remember it being great, but I had apparently forgotten how generous the portion sizes are. I went for breakfast with a few co-workers. I had the Cora's Special. It came with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, 2 pancakes, and potatoes, with some fresh fruit on the side. I ordered it because I love all of those items and I enjoy being able to have a little taste of each. The decision on what to order was a difficult one given all of the amazing looking options on the menu. I enjoyed my order, but I think if I were to do it again I would go with one of the crepes. There are so many options! If you are someone who always feels compelled to eat everything on your plate be warned that you will have a challenge here! read more

One of the most overrated and over priced places to dine for brunch or breakfast. It's always way too busy and packed (on weekends) The food takes way too long to be prepared. WAY better brunch spots in downtown Fredericton. Only come here when I am craving waffles or something as I am not sure of any other place in town that serves waffles. read more

Don't miss this great breakfast. We visited here on the 1st of July shortly before they closed and never felt rushed and staff was amazing. Cora's has something for everyone... including mountains and MOUNTAINS of FRUIT! Fruit comes with absolutely everything, and is styled so beautifully it's almost a shame to eat it... almost. Service is extremely slow. Took over 20 min to have a waitress to come and take our order. Food was good.

WORST SERVICE EVER! 1 hour for cold eggs. This is my second horrible experience at Cora's, so shame on me I guess??? I waited all that time and I asked for a to go box and was asked "oh are you in hurry"? "Nope, I just waited an hour for eggs and I have to go back to work". If the expectation is that "it's really busy" have the decency to let your customers know they will wait that long...At least then they can go somewhere else and eat a meal. To top it off people who sat 15 minutes after me got their meal before I got mine and they had fancy waffles, how does that make any sense? Last time this happened they sent me a 10$ gift card, but I don't even want a gift card!! 2x of bad service is enough. Cora's used to be my favorite now it's just gotten so sloppy! If you expect people to pay for cold over prices eggs, at least bring them in a timely fashion!! Take a look at the all the other poor review's Cora's you need to up your game, BIG TIME! read more
