Finally got to try Corbeau for our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it didn't disappoint. They were hosting a private event, so we sat outside on the patio--it turned out perfect with the nice weather and great vibe. Huge shoutout to our waitress Shannon, who surprised us with Prosecco when she learned we were celebrating--such a thoughtful touch. I went with The Man's Plane (basically an Old Fashioned) and my wife had MILF & Cookies. Hands down, that Old Fashioned was one of the best I've ever had. The wind cards are pretty neat and allow you to sample a variety of different wines without having to commit to an entire glass. Cocktails are great as well. I enjoy ordering from the seasonal menu. We have been here several times, and always want to bring friends from out of town if they've never been. It's been a great addition to Trussville's entertainment district, and favorite of ours for date night. If you like wines, they give you a wine card that will let you sample the different wines they have - and they have a ton of them. The pours of wine differ in sizes, so if you find one you like, you can choose a bigger pour. They also have some good cocktails and a full bar if you'd like to get something other than wine. For the food, we haven't had much of it - just the charcuterie and butter boards, but they were pretty good, and I'd definitely get them again. The staff are always friendly and helpful with suggestions. I'm sure we'll be back soon. read more

This was my first time at Corbeau Wine Bar and it didn't disappoint. I took advantage of the wine card to try several different wines. Our server was very thorough in the wine tour and really friendly with any follow-up questions. The bar is not your typical bar so no loud crowds but really nice and intimate. Saw a picture of the charcuterie board online and was psyched to try it. they brought the board out and there were very few crackers. They only had TWO types of cheese for a $26 board. The meat was tough. The burrita was gross so we asked for more cheese and when they brought the ticket they UPCHARGED us for the cheese and crackers. I ordered a drink and they asked me nonchalantly if I wanted a different type of whiskey, and started rattling them off. I said sure, and told her which one. The waitress and the manager tried to rush us out even though it clearly says on the door and the website says that they close at 11pm. After hearing about this wine bar on TikTok recently, a couple of friends an I decided to stop by after work to relax and wind down. I will say that this place does not disappoint. I've never been to a wine bar, but this is one of a kind. This is a newly opened wine bar that is located in the entertainment district of Trussville. You can choose from outdoor seating or indoor seating. They have the option of ordering cocktails that are premade by the bar or the self-serve wine bar option. With this option you are able to choose which type of wine you wanted to drink and how much of each. Before choosing you have to start a tab and are given a plastic credit card (sort of like the card option at a gaming facility) and tap it when you've made your choice. You can choose between 1oz, 2oz or 5 oz of each wine. If you want you can purchase a bottle of wine for your table. I sampled the moscato and Riesling and was very pleased with both. They do have a small food menu section to choose from. I ordered the New York flatbread, which was delicious!! Not only was it delicious but the portion size was plentiful. Our waitress was very helpful by showing us how the wine pouring system worked and explaining the food menu options.
