What a vibe! I've been twice now, tbe first time I had a delicious cocktail and the second I went with a mocktail. The cocktail list is divine and you really can't go wrong. The one thing I want to focus on was the delicious mocktail! It's very difficult to find a non-alcoholic bev, let alone a margarita, that really hits the spot. Adios did a great job at crafting their take on an NA marg. They had also had some other options that I look forward to trying.

I had no idea that this bar had been here for two years and I still hadn't been. I was meeting a friend for some drinks and it was a Sunday afternoon so I thought let me try this place. They do have happy hour from 4 to 6 daily. We ended up just drinking margaritas on the rocks we drink several of them. The atmosphere is really laid-back. There are sofas there are chairs and then you could sit at the bar on stools. We got there right at four so it was just the two of us really and then the two people working there for about an hour or so and then it slowly started getting a little crowded and a little louder. They do not serve food, but there is a taco truck right outside. The parking wasn't too bad because it was a Sunday afternoon, but I'm assuming on a Friday or Saturday night it's probably more difficult to find a place to park because you have to park on the street. Neither of us had been there before, and we both really enjoyed it and most likely we'll be back.
Fantastic cocktails in a beautiful bar! I love the gorgeous offrenda in the back corner. It was a really nice start to my evening. The bartender ( I hate that I forgot his name) was really friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed conversing about the cocktails. My personal favorite was the Turista.
Adios has a nice, chill atmosphere. My first time coming here was recently and I really enjoyed it. I'm not normally a big cocktail drinker but I was presented with some really nice options. Specifically, Remember me! Don't ask what's in it..... you'll have to look it up! Haha They do not serve food but there was a taco food truck posted up out front. I definitely will return here whenever I'm in the mood for a nice cocktail.
This is a pretty neat place if you're looking to break away from the traditional American bar routine. It's not so tequila-focused that you have to like tequila to enjoy a drink here. The vibes are good and there seems to always be something going on like comedy, live music, or a food truck. The house tequila-focused cocktails were creative, but not too far out to not be enjoyable to the average drinker. There's some adventurous stuff and also plenty of spins on the classics.

We've always been big fans of Adios but had an exceptional experience last night. We came in after dinner for drinks. After being greeted by the doorman and staff we were asked "what's the occasion" (noticing we were dressed up I suppose?) After we were seated the staff brought over glasses of bubbles from the staff for our anniversary. They didn't have to do that, but they chose to. Still one of the best in Birmingham and never disappoints. 20 out of 10
Adios is a go to downtown spot for tequila and vibes. It's even been recognized nationally as a tequila bar! Service is always quick. You cannot go wrong with the cocktails here.
Cute place. Love the atmosphere. Drinks are phenomenal. Great service. There are tables and booths for sitting. Spacious floor for dancing. Food truck out front. Street/lot parking.

We are glad we did. The drinks were good. There is a food truck in front of Adios. We didn't try it. We were only out for drinks. Our drinks were good. We had an Un Coco, Airmail, and a margarita. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. I'll be back!
Very nice lounge/bar with beautiful decor. The drinks are amazing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also have games like Uno and Jenga to help keep you entertained. Overall one of the nicest bars in Bham!

Adios is a fun time! Specialty cocktails, particularly tequila based, although they have all kinds of liquor. When they're busy, weekends, there's usually a bouncer at the door to check IDs and guide you in to either a table or open spot at the bar. The service here is very efficient, not like other bars where you could stand and wait and they wouldn't know you needed something. We were here on a Saturday, and they had a DJ spinning the latin tunes. I totally would recommend here for a date on a weeknight. The booths are really nice and its a fancy, intimate vibe. read more

Stopped by Adios for happy hour on a Friday and had a great time! Their happy hour is 4-6 pm! It wasn't crowded, which made it perfect for a relaxed Friday evening. The atmosphere was laid-back, the drinks were good (the $8 marg is PERFECT), and the service was friendly. Definitely a nice spot to grab a drink and unwind to kickoff the weekend. I'd definitely be back! read more
Adios is such a great spot in Birmingham! The atmosphere is lively, vibrant, and gives you the perfect Mexico City-inspired vibe. The cocktails are well-crafted, with an impressive selection of tequila if you love all things tequila. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the overall experience was excellent. Frank took great care of us while there for happy hour (3pm-6pm) and who doesn't like a drink deal. $8 drink me please! it's a great place to enjoy drinks with friends or start a fun night out. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Birmingham! read more

Incredible vibe. Eclectic and cozy! Filled up through the night and went from date night feels to more of a party (great for either!) Perfect for the adventurous drinker - lots of unique craft cocktails, particularly if you're a tequila connoisseur. The bartenders are so knowledgeable and drinks came out quickly. If you're in town during the holidays their seasonal menu is fantastic!! I can't remember what the drink was called but it was a milky, coconutty, creamy drink with a kick. RICH but yummy! read more
This place is so fun! It's small, but on a Friday night about 8:30 we got a table with no issues. A fun vibe, with a focus on tequila cocktails, we had to try the margaritas. And WOW!!! So delicious! We just ordered the house margaritas and were blown away by how delicious they were! We will absolutely be back and add this to our regular rotation. read more

My new favorite bar! So I came here with my best friend cause we wanted to be grown and sexy and try something different. Made it go the door, and the guy asked how many anc checked our id's. We made it in, and it was a great chill spot. The place was nicely lit, and they had couches, chairs, etc, but we sat at the bar. The bartender, Ross, was really helpful and gave recommendations of drinks. He was telling us about the place and told us this was the first day of the fall menu. We definitely had a great time and Ross was soooo helpful especially being our first time. This place is great for a hangout, after-work, or just a wind down. I know Adios posted a few weeks ago that Ross has moved to Vegas so I know the people will be in a treat when he serves him. We will definitely be back. read more
Adios is the new spot! I came here on opening night and was so glad I did. The line outside seemed long, but the bouncer got a table for two in 5 minutes. Immediately, I noticed the excellent customer service and the even amazing selection of drinks. They truly take care about and take good care of their customers. Our server gave us a recommendation of a drink that was not on the menu that night, which was amazing. There was a mix between spicy and sweet with a dash of hibiscus. I also tried the Adios Mule because I can never shy away from mezcal. I enjoyed the smokiness of the mezcal with the hint of ginger beer. The tajin that lined the rim gave it the extra kick to tie it all together. Great atmosphere, fun music, and overall an amazing time! This is a spot you don't want to miss out on! read more

Great space for meeting friends and catching up. Not a lot of seating so if it's busy be ready to stand. Beautiful space and really a nice addition to the bar scene in Birmingham. Please note they do not serve food. Food is provided by a food truck conveniently located outside the venue. read more
I found out about the tequila bar in an article that I read listing the top 10 (or 15). I cannot quite remember) tequila bars in the United States. I was pleased to discover that 1 of the bars (Adios) was here in Birmingham. I recently went and it was great. The ambiance and decor were nice and appealing, the bartenders were attentive and informative, and there was ample seating (was nit close or tight quarters like many bars). I highly recommend the oaxacan old fashioned. read more
My first time experience was okay! The bar itself is nice, and they have several drink options. I liked how when we approached the entrance the guy checking IDs opened the door for us (because it looked like a pretty heavy door.) He let us know that at the time we came, which was around 9pm on a Friday, that there was only bar seating. We were able to find bar stools fairly quickly. Definitely a high energy vibe. Lots of talking, laughing, and people having a good time. Bar tenders were super attentive and quick. I wasn't super impressed (flavor wise) with the third cocktail I had which was a Spicy Margarita but the other two were tasty. The second one I had was overly sweet to the point where I wasn't even sure if there was alcohol in it... but it waMy favorite was the first cocktail. They were all recommended by the bar tender so I didn't get the names except for the spicy Margarita. I'll definitely give them another try at some point. read more

This was my first time to adios. Particularly this night adios was hosting a zodiac themed burlesque. It was amazing. The dancers are all different body types with beautiful outfits and good dancing. The wait staff was very attentive. There was a live band that played wonderfully. The singer's voice was very beautiful. I ordered their Sandgria which was perfect. It was a very fun event that was did very well. read more
Adios is a beautiful bar with a comfy seating area up front, booths for private conversations and plenty of bar seating for up close interaction with your friendly bartender. They feature very creative agave cocktails and really have something for everyone. The drinks are consistently amazing. Usually I have a favorite cocktail when I visit a bar repeatedly and here there are so many great ones I keep trying different options. BTW, the cool decor extends to the bathrooms where you'll find very selfie-worthy wallpaper. Highly recommend! read more

one of my favorite mixology bars in downtown birmingham. love the vibe, crafted cocktails, and ofc spanish music. the service is not bad but on the weekends it can get pretty crowded and the servers/bartenders may not be able to get to you as fast. if you decide to visit during a friday or saturday night, highly recommend getting in before 9pm to grab a seat or table. read more

ADIOS is serving up some of the most refreshing unique cocktails you can find! Service is always amazing! Everyone makes you feel at home. The ambiance is beautiful and sexy no detail was missed from the color pallet, artwork to lightening and drink ware!
