Additionally Steve taught me about the wide variety of glass available for frames and helped me decide on a less-reflective glass to really show off the painting. This is the first time I ever needed something framed, so I asked for a recommendation from a photographer I know who has dozens of framed photos in his house. That person told me he had tried four other area frame stores before discovering Express Frames. He said once he became a customer here, he never looked back. I'm lucky that someone else did all the trial-and-error and price/quality comparisons before I ever needed artwork framed. He doesn't have time to waste with me. I was so confused, I hadn't been in the shop for more than 5 minutes. This guy clearly does not know the meaning of costumer service, and acts like a child if you disagree with his rushed, cheesy ass decisions. I will never shop here nor would I recommend this to anyone! He says he has been in business for 40 years....
