I was trying to pick out a frame and mat for a print that I am giving as an engagement gift. I explained I wanted to take my time making the right selection, as this is extra special. He doesn't have time to waste with me. I was so confused, I hadn't been in the shop for more than 5 minutes. This guy clearly does not know the meaning of costumer service, and acts like a child if you disagree with his rushed, cheesy ass decisions. I will never shop here nor would I recommend this to anyone! He says he has been in business for 40 years....
