Our job was not an easy one as we changed over to electric from gas. The workers arrived on time and dressed cleanly. I did have my son with me when their representative came to evaluate my 30 year old Carrier air conditioner. They offered me a deal on an older Carrier unit they had..last years model. It was a 3 ton. My old unit was a 1 1/2 ton. I questioned the over sized unit, but they reassured me it would not make a difference. Boy! Were they ever wrong. I have yet to receive an invoice for this purchase 07/2025. I have called, texted, and written to no avail. Mail was returned. I wrote to the 450 Green Street address. Attempted to locate owner in Stallion Springs where she said she was caring for her mother. I have tried to register the unit with Carrier on line using the modem and serial numbers.
