I went in because my iPhone was having an issue connecting to cellular service. Michelle was super efficient and helpful. She diagnosed that it was an issue with my eSIM that Verizon needed to address. She took the time to write out a work order that made it clear to Verizon that they needed to reset the eSIM so that they didn't give me the runaround. Super helpful and I didn't get charged for anything. It was clear her only goal was to try and solve the problem whatever way she could. Had a great experience at Core Care for a battery replacement for my old MacBook Air. Had just gone to the Apple Store where they told me my laptop was so old (a mid-2011 MacBook Air) that their system called it "obsolete" and they had no parts for it. Besides the fact that my battery notified me to "replace soon" and it wasn't holding a charge, my laptop works well and I wanted to try to fix it. So, I looked up the nearest verified Apple repair by Arden mall and Core Care came up. Called to see if they could help and they were super responsive. They said I didn't need an appointment so I showed up and they fixed my battery within the hour! Paid $115 for the battery + $50 labor fee, which seems standard. Battery also has a year warranty! Excellent customer service and way cheaper than the Apple's recommendation of "buying a new laptop." read more

My hard drive was replaced, but the best part was the concern and care that I received from the staff. I have been having issues with my Mac book pro for over a week and tried to trouble shoot the issue myself, went to Best Buy for assistance and then came to core care. From trying to find the location to the end of my appointment I felt taken care of. Trent was the service coordinator who assisted me in my efforts to figure out my problem. My MacBook Pro, my first laptop, my BABY, a 2011...was not working and I couldn't fix it myself. I had to do a weird jig of pressing three buttons to start it, the battery went dead quickly...and the black screen if death showed up way too much. A little icon at the top and a hit on Dr. Google informed me I needed battery service. I was convinced I had killed my baby when I walked out of constitutional Law class one night in the pouring rain and she got wet. I was riddled with guilt. And you can see I love my computer like a CHILD. Core care is an Apple authorized retailer and I felt super comfortable arriving in the store with its "Apple museum" behind glass with vintage computers on display. Albert greeted us and listened to my super long semi-dramatic story about my computer. I felt like I could trust him with my baby. And my strange dark computer history. No, let's leave that to the FBI. Diagnostic here is $100, and when I got a call a day later it did need a battery ($200 incl. labor) and I passed on a new CPU (220) as my computer budget was maxed out from buying a new iMac the previous week. Could I have bought my own battery and changed it myself for less money? Probably so. But would YOU perform surgery on your own baby? I think not. Albert called me the next day after the phone consultation and she was ready to pick up. Core Care was recommended to me by a friend in the Apple Group when my system crashed. I brought the Mac desk top to them, and they explained the situation, gave me options to either rebuild the computer or migrate to a new one. I took took the rebuild. They said the rebuild would get me a machine that was faster, and that the screen was larger than the newer version. Parts needed to be ordered, and the machine was ready on-time.
