They take the time to correct your form, which I truly appreciate because form always comes first (weights second!). I've also taken classes with Jason, Erin, and Masha, and had great experiences with each of them. One thing I love is that every instructor offers options--light, medium, or more advanced "spicy" variations--so you can tailor each workout to your level. I can confidently say: book a class--you won't be disappointed. Bonus: the community here is incredible. People are genuinely friendly--I've made a few friends just from attending different classes, which says a lot about the atmosphere at PowerCore.

This may sound like an odd description: a ballet studio in Greece (preferably coastal). This is exactly what I think of when I see Oblix! Deena is the BEST instructor with her additions of spicy movements and modern takes on the Pilates classes. She really knows how to target key core abdominal muscles and work every single muscle to the bone. Her music taste is impeccable, her personality and heart are so pure, and her teaching is pristine. I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. Bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with hair ties and all the women necessities. The community is great. Parking can be a little though depending on the time of day because they're located right outside of the mall, but you always find a spot. Over all love this gym.
