I thought this would be an easy process, and other KTM dealers in the area told me as much, but this ended up being a massive headache. Getting this solved required interacting with KTM HQ multiple times to sort things out. Allen at Burt's was super helpful in all of this! He figured out what to do entirely remotely (didn't even bring the bike in) and got the account/ownership sorted out with Husqvarna HQ. This was a massive help for a customer that didn't even buy the bike at Burt's. I'll be going to them for any future service needs for sure!

( they don't charge you a storage fee if you're a couple days late on pick up also) and their rates are way lower than those other guys, and they clearly know what they're doing.....Robbie is the Man ! Robbie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on my boat. He even got some extra stuff exchanged by the warranty without even me asking ....things is brand new now . I can't wait to take it out for the season. Thank you so much guys.!!!

    I drive a Gen 2 Ford Raptor. As I started to drive it harder and harder I started breaking the…read morefactory suspension parts. I had replaced the shocks, leaf springs and added bump stocks. The more stuff I replaced the faster I drove the truck until I tore part of the frame. The front shock had torn though the shock bucket and torn part of the frame. The aftermanrkket mechanic I had been using did not know what to do. He recommended an insurance total or a complete strip down and frame repair back to speck then a frame modification. It was going to run several thousand dollars and take months. I was introduced to Scott of Fierce Off road by a friend of mine who races trophy trucks and Can Ams. Scott looked at my truck and immediately knew what to do. He ordered the parts and welded on a new shock bracket to the front of the frame and changed out the suspension parts that may have lead to the frame tear. He made some other recommendations then fine turned the new suspension. The truck drives great now on and off road. Thank you Scott. You made great suggestions and fixed my truck for a competitive price. I couldn't be happier. If you are into Can Ams or any off road vehicle I strongly recommend Scott and his entire crew at Fierce Off Road. They will make you very happy

THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE, BUT SOMEHOW THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE MY REVIEW FROM THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR. Not only they were able to remove my review, but they found out that I have a business and they posted a bad False one star review about My business You can see in the pictures below. So unprofessional!! These guys using young guys that don't have a clue of what they're doing. I spent almost $20,000 with a starting estimate of $4000!!! every time I wasn't happy with the results, the owner, Scott, told me that I will need to upgrade things in order to make it the way I want it to sound.... They installed a stereo system in my new Polaris RZR that I bought BRAND NEW about a year before bringing it to them. I spent so much money and it sounded so bad but every time I came back he told me that I will need to upgrade to a bigger company to get the sound that I want. First, he said I'm gonna need to add a subwoofer. Then he said I'm gonna need a bigger subwoofer. Then he said I'm gonna need one more subwoofer. Then he said I'm gonna need a bigger amplifier. Then he said the speakers are too small and we're gonna need bigger speakers. He even told me at one point that it needs to be heard good from the back of the RZR when it's parked and not if you are sitting in It... CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??? I ended up taking it out of their shop and getting someone else to take care of it and fix everything for me. Only then I realized the big mess they did and why things we're not right. They messed up all the wiring in my car, they broke pieces and they never took responsibility for it. (See pictures) After I posted the review about them, they decided to find my business and posted a 1 star review about my business by a person who is affiliated with them. And they posted such a nasty fake bad review about myself and my company. I'm not sure why they chose this way instead of taking responsibility for the bed experience I had and the horrible workmanship that they did. They spent a lot of time and effort into my car, but when you don't know what you're doing it doesn't matter how much time you put into it, it would never be done right. I'm really hoping he will not be able to remove this post again and everybody can see the pictures and put it together and figure out what kind of unprofessional personal or in this business. I highly recommend you to move forward and find a different business to do whatever you need to do on your car.
