I highly recommend my Pilates instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and truly understands how the body works. I was the last kid picked for teams in gym at school, and never stuck to an exercise plan for very long. I took a promotional class with Jody in my neighborhood and decided to commit to an age appropriate class. This studio is darling! It's so cute and such an inviting atmosphere. All of the instructors are so wonderful. I've never done Pilates before in my life and I decided it was time to take my health more serious. I will never stop going because of these amazing people. I took a private lesson with Jody and she was so wonderful. She is very knowledgeable in all things relating to Pilates. It was such a wonderful experience, I can't express this enough.
