If you're looking to get in shape and tone up but feel uncomfortable at a large gym then this this is the place you want to be. The smaller classes help people feel more comfortable since the trainer can focus more on the people. During these tough times with COVID-19, Undisputed performance also displayed great sanitary practices with providing sanitizers, Lysol wipes, and cleaning equipment in between sets. I joined this gym because I liked the idea of an all-women's space, but unfortunately the experience did not match the price. The trainers were not very professional and didn't offer much individualized support. The biggest issue was billing. I was charged twice a month without notice, resulting in an overcharge of over $1,000. It took three months to get my money back, and I was given the runaround the entire time. Initially loved coming here. Felt like I was getting stronger with each session. Signed up for the monthly membership for about 3 months then got sucked into getting a one year unlimited membership which I wasn't even able to take advantage of due to my schedule. Was not worth it and was ultimately a waste of my money. Was about $2200 for the year. Unfortunately things went progressively downhill when I signed up for the one year membership. Was getting rescheduled day before or even day of within the hour of my scheduled time, many no-shows from trainers without any sort of communication, many cancelled sessions by trainers, trainers coming late to scheduled sessions, came across broken equipment (treadmills were not working for a long time) or even lack of equipment, etc. I was even told that more time slots would become available when I signed up for the annual membership, but this did not become the case. The opposite actually happened and my preferred time slot disappeared and was no longer being offered. Such a let down. Eventually felt like I was not getting my money's worth and was unhappy. Told this to the owner and kept getting the "run around". Lots of excuses. This place is full of broken promises. Overall would not recommend coming here. Trainers tended to stick to the same routines and workouts would become redundant and boring. Lots of issues with this place. read more

I started coming to this gym after a great first free session. I really liked that it's an all-women's gym -- that made me feel comfortable and motivated to sign up right away. As I continued going, though, I felt the experience didn't quite match the price. The trainers would explain what to do but didn't always check form or give much individual feedback, which left me a bit unsure at times. On the bright side, I did learn a few good workouts that I still use at my regular gym today. One issue I ran into was being charged twice in one month without notice, which was confusing and frustrating. I would schedule my sessions through their app but would still get text messages saying "I'm running 15 mins late," which cut into my scheduled workout time. Yesterday I went for an assessment with Lex. It was about 39min. Right away I knew that I was in good hands with her. I signed up for a monthly membership. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Maybe new people who have never been to this gym, but honestly not even them. This gym lacks communication and it's just messy. This gym definitely has some pros, but at the end of the day it's outweighed by the cons. I originally joined this gym because not only was it close to my work, but it was an "all women's gym" and I was thinking it was going to be about women empowerment. But it wasn't! I feel like I've been torn down! First session,one of the trainers told me I sweat a lot. First of all, I know I'm sweating it's freaking 81 degrees in this gym and second of all why don't you just tell me my belly is poking out. Why would you point that out to me? Especially if you want me to feel comfortable with coming back. Although I battle with gym anxiety, I decided to keep attending my sessions since I already prepaid for sessions. At least that's what I thought I communicated before I agreed. The sessions after my flaws were pointed out, I made sure that I did NOT work as hard as I usually do because I did not want to sweat as much. This is bad since gyms are about improving and working as hard as you possibly can. If you do end up joining the gym, I'd recommend you get all the information up front as it's not like a normal gym where you can see your account and what you are paying for. Ensure you understand the times the gym are open, as the times on maps and google are inaccurate. read more

I have been going to Undisputed Performance for the past 5 weeks now and it is amazing! The workout is fast paced, fun and effective. It's only a 45 minute class but you get in your cardio and strength training. There are people of all shapes and sizes which is awesome because the program can really be tailored to almost anybody and you don't feel intimidated. Lex, the owner/trainer of the gym, is super awesome, positive and motivational. He keeps you smiling and laughing even though you feel like you can't push your body further, but you somehow always do! Shelby, the other trainer, is just as energetic and motivating. Never skip his class! If you're looking for a group of kind, welcoming and goal oriented people, this is the gym for you! You will not regret coming here. After 30 days, I lost 6 pounds and 3% body fat. :) I will definitely make this my home gym! read more

This review is overdue. I was looking for a functional fitness gym and I signed up with a Facebook promotion back in April 2017 and went to a monthly membership until I moved to Tustin a few months later and had to quit this gym. At our first meeting, Coach Jackie went over goals with me and she gave me a grocery list (that I still keep to this day) to help with my eating plan. I already was familiar with healthy eating habits but it's a nice quick reference to have. The workouts are tough, but her energy and encouragement give you that incentive to push through. She gives you direction on the movements and cues to look out for. If you're new she definitely will keep an eye on you to make sure form is correct - she'd rather have you do less reps correctly than hurt yourself and when you've been there a while she will push you harder. I NEVER thought I could do a tricep kickback with a 10 lb dumbbell until I joined her classes! I was going through physical therapy for a hip flexor injury and she always checked in with me to see how I was handling the workouts - some days I could do more and some I couldn't do so she offered modifications if I needed them. Everyone is really supportive and friendly which is great because partner exercises happen a lot. And the birthday burpees! Not sure if they still do this but when it's your birthday, Jackie wouldn't hesitate to announce it to everyone and everyone would end up doing burpees the equivalent of your age throughout the workouts - so you won't be suffering alone. :D Definitely encourage people to try out this facility! read more

I have tried everything from Group X to pilates to Jamie Eason's 12-week program and blogilates. Nothing compares to my workouts at Undisputed. For the first time I look forward to working out with great trainers, and a motivating group with similar goals. Class sizes are small so you get personalized training. The workouts go by super fast, and I feel like I got more done in 45 minutes there than over an hour on any other program. I'm confident I'm finally going to get the results I've been hoping for. Big thanks to Undisputed Performance because for the first time in a longggg time, I can confidently say, I really like my workout! I've been doing Pilates for a long time and thought it was time to mix it up, that's when I came across the Groupon for this gym and thought it was worth a shot. It's a small gym in the back of a business center, they have a garage door that opens up so it's definitely not that traditional claustrophobic gym setting. All the trainers have been amazing, including the owner Lex who always checks in to see how you're doing. The trainers help you step by step, push you to do your best and challenge you every step of the way. It's hard for me to get to the gym because let's face it who wants to workout after a long day but Undisputed has made working out a pretty enjoyable experience.
