BBQ Ranch Chicken in a large bowl
    Brian A.

I've always been a huge fan of places that have food that come in bowls. That may seem silly to you but to me, nothing beats enjoying delicious cuisine such as poke or even soup out of a bowl. CoreLife Eatery does an excellent job of offering such an experience with their incredible selection of healthy dishes to choose from which traditionally come served in a bowl or you can have your choice of having whatever item you choose to be served in a wrap (of which the latter is not an option at the time of this review). The menu has multiple offerings from Korean BBQ Ranch to pulled pork and even tuna all come served with various ingredients such as purple rice, cilantro, cheese and an assortment of other tasty toppings. The setup is much like what you'd find at places like Qdoba and Chipotle where you wait in line, let them know what you like and what ingredients you don't want in your entree and you watch as they put your dish together. On this trip, I decided to go with my favorite meal, the BBQ Ranch Chicken, everything is put together very nicely in your bowl which you can choose from a regular sized bowl to a large bowl. The presentation of every meal served looks very professionally done which adds to the attractiveness of this restaurant. If you're expecting to find Coke or Pepsi products here, you won't find them, but instead CoreLife Eatery has a great selection of organic drinks to choose from such as Mandarin Cardamom as well as Beet Lemonade among others and all of which have various tastes to suit your palette. CoreLife Eatery also has a very casual look and vibe to it so it makes for a great place to bring anyone young and old. If you're looking for a place for some very healthy meals as well as drinks, I highly recommend stopping by CoreLife Eatery as you're bound to find something that is going to savor whatever flavor you're looking for.

Ordered the korean bbq warm rice bowl. Food was not warm at all and sauce appears diluted. The whole dish lacked flavor. We also ordered drinks and got the vanilla fig drink as usual which was very refreshing.

Here in town from Wisconsin for business trip! My coworker treated me to this place and right away I wanted to try the tuna fire poke bowl. It was 10/10! So fresh and flavorful. I definitely enjoyed lunch. I may want to go back again before my trip back home. A must try if you're in the area.

My friend took a group of us here after bowling and i am so happy she introduced us to Corelife! Reminds me of all the healthy but delicious and decent sized meals made in NY since we seem to be on a health craze. Perfect way to get in your veggies, good carbs and protein! Build a bowl or pick from their choices for a warm bowl or salad. The only problem you will have with this place is MAKING A DECISION because there are sooo many good choices. I can't wait to come back to try a bunch of different bowls and combinations!! I made a bowl with spicy chicken, quinoa, chickpeas, kimchi, egg, edamame, and broccoli. You get to pick a base and 5 sides and meat is extra but even so it cost about $10 for a decent sized portion. For prechosen bowls/options you can also pick a small or large size. The ranch flank steak and falalel looked super good. My friends ordered their own salad bowl and spicy thai chicken bowl which they all said was pretty good. Lots of seats and areas to sit in and chill. Plus lemonade or drinks you can try out. The cranberry lemonade was good but did not like the honey ginger way too much ginger for me personally but my friends liked it. Highly recommend!

The food is good and fast. Looks like they do a lot of carry out. I had a spicy Thai noodle bowl. The regular was enough for me. It was good. I've had the tuna bowl before and liked it. No one was wiping down the tables, I had to do my own. That's why no 5 stars.

I love the place, love the concept. As a vegetarian, customization is key. Mobile ordering is great too. I have to ask- Where is the tofu?

CoreLife is a super concept; I love the idea of a light meal with fresh, vibrant ingredients, and they've nailed that here. The menu offers a lot of variety, a lot of flavor, and I left feeling satisfied without feeling stuffed & "blah." I ordered the small Korean BBQ grain bowl for dine-in, as well as a lemonade (fresh squeezed in house) and a chicken Cobb salad to go to take to work the next day. The bowl was delicious, moderately spicy, and had a nice portion of meat. The only complaint is that the meat was hot but all the other ingredients in the bowl (sprouts, rice, cucumber, fried egg, broccoli) weren't warm, so it was a odd mix of temperature. There is a lemonade bar with several flavor combinations, and there are small cups to sample with before you make a decision. I genuinely enjoyed the cranberry cayenne lemonade, so that was what I chose to put in my glass. I sampled the honey ginger flavor & wasn't pleased with that one at all; tasted like bitter ginger water? Not great. Overall, I will return. The portions seemed small to me when I ordered, but after the meal I realized that they are sized just right to fulfill the need.

Tune fire bowl with Beer Lemonade.

Some really good options but a little on the expensive side. The SPICY THAI CHICKEN & RICE NOODLES is by far my favorite.

I am not usually impressed by cream based pasta, but this time I was. The pasta was bursting with flavor as were the grilled shrimp. There was a generous amount of crunchy shrimp in the entree. Great ambiance and decor, feels rustic and chic at the same time! Comfortable chairs which is rare to find anymore. We were seated at a low table in the room at the front which was nice as it was quieter than the big open restaurant in the main part. My mom and I had a great lunch! The attentive waitress shared that the chef was new and it was a new menu. There were so many fabulous choices on the menu it was hard to choose. Goat cheese burger, fish and chips, Brie and jam grilled cheese, Nashville hot chicken, just so many things sounded good. I opted for the Nashville hot chicken, it was moist chicken breaded and nice and crisp, with a creamy slaw and a chili oil drizzled on it for more spice, then it also had habagardil pickles on it, the best pickles I have ever had! Only a couple places use these local pops habagardil pickles and they are spicy and delicious. The sandwich was delicious on a brioche bun. Messy, and magical this sandwich was. The fries were so good it was hard to stop eating them! My mom had the blueberry jam and bacon Brie grilled cheese with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and she eats very little but she devoured this sandwich and also loved the fries! The tomato basil soup also looked good! I will have to become a repeat customer because I need to try that goat cheese burger and the salmon bowl, well, and every single entree on the menu!! Bringing friends back soon!! The chef here is creating some amazing food!! The only issue we had was finding parking. She uses a walker and the only place we could find to park was handicapped over at a neighboring restaurant and it was a bit of a walk for someone with mobility issues. Front doors are heavy, and you have to open both doors for it to be wide enough for the walker to go through, so getting in wasn't easy. Food amazing, accessibility challenging.

We elected to sit indoors due to the heat and had no trouble finding an available table. Our server was Greg and while the restaurant was not crowded - he was covering table tables both inside and out - which meant he would disappear for long periods of time. While he did his best to cover everyone appropriately, I believe the manager should reevaluate table coverage for a superior dining experience. The menu provides ample selection of items to order. I would highly recommend the large pretzel as an appetizer. We ordered the Cuban sandwich with potato salad and a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I mentioned to Greg that I was lactose intolerant and he was able to accommodate by ensuring he would mention to the chef that no diary should be used in preparation. Both sandwiches arrived with no issues - with the only complaint being that the potato salad was very bland. Other than that, all went well. Overall, the food was good - fairly straightforward bar food. During peak times - seating will be limited, possibly non-existent. If you try Pearl Street Taphouse go during off-peak hours for the best service and seating options.
