This is such a fun modern Korean diner. I like the poke bowls - my family loves the bi bim bap and bulgogi bowls. The smoothies and boba are great afternoon treats. I just wish they were in a better location.

Fresh and tasty Korean food. Several offerings here that aren't found at our other southern Indiana Korean restaurants (although they have excellent food too). The jajangmyeon noodles were every bit as delicious as those I've had in Korea. Staff was very nice and checked in on us a time or two. The environment had a very cute K-pop feel to it. We will definitely be back to try some of the other options- namely the poke bowls. There are so many great options it was hard to choose just one. I nabbed a few bits of my husband's bugolgi and that was also yummy. In summary: Food Lab = weird name + delicious food.

    Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl

I've eaten here 3 times and every experience has been great! The staff is always welcoming, there's a cute, simple Korean/k-pop decor on the inside. The food is fresh and full of flavor. Always hits the spot. I've had their Tofu poke bowl, smoked salmon poke bowl and the bulgogi rice. Try any of those options and you won't be disappointed...TRUST!

I had seen this by driving by one day. Thought I would give it a try. It was the best Poké bowl I've had since I left Tampa Florida. Everything was fresh. The tuna was super cold. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable and it didn't take long to get my order. I would highly recommend you trying this place out.

Food was wonderful. Service was very personable. Clean environment. We will definitely be back. Thank you ladies for a lovely experience.

Got the tonkatsu ramen for like 14 bucks , it was good and filling. My dad got the spicy ramen for 7 bucks - he said it was good and hot. Theres a variety of milk teas and food to choose from. There's lot to look at. We went on a friday afternoon and it was empty and first but quickly filled up. The seating is not so comfortable - the bench with green pillows is hard as a rock. But the aesthetic is nice and they got a projector screen playing music videos. The price is pretty typical for a ramen maybe even a little cheaper. They also have a bar ! So that's unique and cool. Will probably be here again.

    Fresh Tuna Poke bowl

I HIGHLY recommend this place!! The food is fresh and delicious! I got a tofu bowl and my hubs got the tuna poke bowl and they were so tasty. Great prices, ambiance is cute and cheerful

SO yummy! The beef bulgogi bowl and ramen we got were so good. Plus the Korean corn dog and taro boba. Highly recommend.

The food is fantastic, as is the service. The ambiance is very cozy and has a sort of chill lounge vibe if it were Korean.

The girl who took our order was very patient and helpful when we had questions about several ingredients and my dietary restrictions. We received a buzzer to alert us when our order was ready, which didn't t take very long. I ordered a Bulgogi beef bowl with broccoli, spicy radish, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, sesame seeds, and yum-yum sauce. The presentation was very visually appealing, but that is where the positives end. The beef was described as having a lot of flavors from the marinade, but it was very bland and pale and I might have had the equivalent of 1 slice of cucumber cut into fourths. The entire bowl lacked flavor, the portion was small, and for the price, I was disappointed. I'm not sure that I will return. There were numerous tables throughout the market to enjoy one's meal, and free street-side parking was available throughout the neighborhood.

We settled on Fresh Out of the Box but left disappointed. The small portion of food lacked any 'kick' was rather cold and watery. Not a fan and will probably migrate elsewhere in the future for lunch in that area. Definitely not worth the price. Moving on......

Every course was beautifully executed, with standout dishes throughout the evening--especially the duck confit, which was absolutely incredible. One of the most memorable highlights was the BLT amuse-bouche--so unique and creative, and a perfect introduction to the meal. The wine pairings were thoughtfully selected and complemented each course beautifully. The service was also top-notch--attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced throughout the evening. For a tasting menu of this caliber, the price felt very reasonable and well worth it. Overall, an outstanding dining experience. We absolutely loved it and would gladly return.

Halibut and PEI mussels were incredible. Kalbi braised short ribs were incredible. Dining room is small, open and dim, maybe 20 tables. Music is contemporary and nice, kept at a volume that allows easy, quiet conversation. Service is very professional and respectful but not, like, "elite" -- we're still in Louisville. Cost is very high by Louisville standards at $125/person, but I'd say worth it for a 5-course prix fixe menu: an amuse-bouche, 2 seafood courses, a pasta course, a meat entree, and a dessert. I'd recommend skipping the wine pairing and just ordering your own drink(s), the pairing's a $65 add-on and didn't deepen the flavor experience for me. I also think the smoky bourbon dessert is made more for the 'Gram but it's fine, the lemon mochi cake was better. Also read the bill, even tho you'll wanna be classy and act rich when it comes. I think they add gratuity automatically to all bills (they did to ours as a table of 2) -- and that's fine, I actually appreciated it, just check so you don't accidentally double-tip (or do, but do so knowingly). Overall 610 is a lovely, quietly-chic restaurant at the top of the Louisville dining scene, leaning much harder on quality dishes prepared extremely well than on flashiness or gimmicks to set itself apart. I look forward to going back.

I got the kale Caesar salad, and added salmon on it to make it a whole meal. I'm not usually a fan of riffs on a Caesar salad, because how do you improve upon a classic? But this kale job was mighty tasty, and the coldness of the salad went nicely with the hot salmon filet. We also got the smoked turkey Cobb salad, which was satisfying and had lots of stuff in it. If you want a salad with a variety of colors and flavors and textures, this is the salad to get. I was here for dinner, and the ambiance was nice and mellow, with soft lights and comfortable seats at the tables. This was a nice little restaurant to grab a salad and a drink.

Not enough servers, so we spent a lot of time just sitting there wondering the where abouts of our server. we were traveling back in indy so we weren't wanting this long agitating experience. HOWEVER--breakfast all day?? Elite. The ribs were actually so good I almost licked the plate, and the place is super cute if you're there for pics.
