I ordered for delivery 3/17/26. Machine said press 6 for delivery. Took me to bubbas33.com. I ordered and paid at 8:45pm on their website. They close at 10:00pm. I called 9:43pm to ask. I was getting nervous. They are about to close. They said Uber driver picked it up about 4 minutes ago. I said ok I wait some more. I called again at 10:13pm. They were kind enough to pick up and confirm again it was Uber. The problem is I didn't order with Uber I ordered on their website. "Contact Uber for the refund," was the response. I don't care anymore. I want a refund. 3/18/26 they called me from the app. I sent an email. Turns out Uber driver picked up the order and then cancelled. Actually really surprised at how much I liked this place. I expected it to be just a run-of-the-mill casual burger place. Honestly just stopped here because we were tired and hungry. But the service was SPECTACULAR. Once the hostess learned we were first timers, people came over to give us cards for a free appetizer the next time we came in and i think it was the manager who thanked us for coming in and trying the place. I've seen that done at fancy places, but here? It was really great and definitely something I will remember! My friend ordered the Big O' Rings, which were onion rings with a tempura style batter. These were the only things I didnt really care for, but I personally have issues with this type of batter so it is really just me. The onion pieces themselves were thick and sweet and lovely. I ordered the Garlic Knots and chat, this shit was BANGING. 10 out of 10, nothing less! (Scratch-made pizza dough, baked, with garlic butter & Parmesan. Served with marinara) This dough was incredible and made even better with the garlic and sauce, I would eat 10,000 of these and still want more. My entree was the Seasoned Salmon (Chili seasoned and topped with sweet honey lime sauce.) Served with rice but I asked for mashed potato instead (with gravy) and broccoli. If you do this, dont get the gravy. It's white, and I thought it was a sausage gravy at first but its not, it has a sweet taste to it and it doesnt work at all. A brown gravy would have been fire but that is OK, i had my calories with the garlic knots so I didnt need more! The salmon was a good size piece and was cooked great. No issues there. Forgive me, but I caught up with an old friend passing through town. So-no pix. But again, excellent service, great value and excellent food. My wife went with a black bean burger in a lettuce wrap & tater tots. BTW, this dish will come off the menu soon. I went with shrimp tacos & substituted a side salad for fries. The tacos were packed. A tad spicy. And, while nothing fancy, the side salad kept me busy as we waited for our main course. If you haven't been here recently, construction has made it difficult yo find your way onto medical drive. No more shortcut through the lot. Bubbas is a great place if you want to unwind, have a cold beer, appetizers, and American fare. It can be loud but that just speaks to its popularity in the area. We split a double burger, and the chorizo dip is a good appetizer. We left with some leftovers despite splitting a dish. read more

We had Tyler as our server and he was great. We order the boneless chicken wings which were unfortunately cold, Tyler quickly got us new ones and they were delicious! I also had the smash burger and fries which was just ok. They have a lot of televisions in there; it's a sports bar restaurant. It was very noisy, but it was lunch time and there were a lot of guys in there. The manager was going to all the tables to check on everyone. We had a great experience here with friends. We sat outside on the patio on a sunny day where there were a few TVs to watch the baseball games. The bar area looked great too for watching sports. Our server was very friendly and took our drink and appetizers order right away. We shared the onion rings which were fantastic. Very crispy and tasty. They have a lot of options on their menu to choose from, and my friend claims that everything that they have here is good. To go orders are almost always wrong - key items almost ALWAYS left off. the last straw was today when the person on the phone basically told us to get over it because the missing fried cheese wheels on the Habanero burgers are condiments that aren't a "big deal". My burger was also weirdly cut in half and pieced together on the bun. In addition my wife's salad was full of stems and lettuce cores and the buffalo chicken topping had zero sauce on it - just fried chicken chunks. We ultimately were refunded the total cost of most recent order but the quality and service at this once nice place to grab a bite is now too much trouble to bother with. To further - I had some Kraft singles in the fridge to salvage what is an entirely mediocre burger when served without the Jalalpeno cheese wheels (3rd and final time for me) Done with Bubbas - lots of other burger places in town that care to make your order right. I hadn't heard of Bubbas but my girlfriend suggested it for Dinner last a few weeks ago and I am so glad she did! For those of you who don't know, Bubbas is owned by Texas Roadhouse so of course it's phenomenal! We were able to walk in and grab a table in the bar area and our server came over and greeted us immediately. He took our drink order and let us know that all the burgers on the menu besides one are $9.99 on Mondays which was a nice surprise! Our server was awesome! He was patient and extremely helpful when asking questions about the menu and what was in certain items due to several food allergies, he even double checked with the kitchen about the BBQ sauce. I used to travel to Louisville on a monthly basis about 6 years ago, so I was looking forward to eating there on 14AUG2024. I was seated immediately and Tyler was my waiter. I had reviewed the menu before my trip and had planned to order the salmon. However, there was a card on the table for a Monte Cristo sandwich, which is a favorite of mine, but few restaurants do it right. I had to try it. It was the best Monte Cristo I have eaten. Imagine a ham and cheese sandwich, battered, and deep fried until the cheese is all melted and with raspberry chipotle for dipping! Yum! Grabbed dinner here on a Monday night after taking some friends to the airport. We got on the waiting list and were seated as soon as we walked in. This is owned by Texas Roadhouse, and definitely has the same consistency in food and service, everything was great. Tried this place for the first time. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and superb food. Started with the fried pickles and garlic knots - the knots were out of this world - hot, flakey, & full of flavor without being overpowering. Wife and I split a bacon cheeseburger and fries, while the kids had chicken fingers, shrimp, the spicy chicken sandwich, tots, and fire fries. All were great and portions are large. I will always take outstanding service as the prime reason to recommend a restaurant. Katie our server did a great job from the moment she came to our table. Our large party took up 3 tables that included 5 children and even with these additional factors she was friendly, quick and accurate. The food was well prepared and came out quickly. Katie made sure drink refill's were given out before we asked and was attentive with the 5 children who had a table to themselves. Oh and by the way the food was great. CAUTION IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES!! Went to Bubba's 33 last Sunday (11 of us). My special needs son has food allergies, so I relayed them to Caylee (server). She checked with Mitch (the manager). She said all is okay. Within 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant, my son required immediate medical attention, covered in hives, vomiting and crying. When I reported the incident, Mitch said he would check the video footage and contact me. He never did. The next day, I called the manager on duty, and she said they failed my son miserably by giving him the food that did in fact cause my son's allergic reaction. Caylee brought him two orders of the fries with WHEAT in them, which my son is highly allergic to. She apologized and said she would send an email voucher as an apology on behalf of the restaurant which I never received. I am so disappointed in how this company treats food allergies, the ramifications of what their negligence caused for my son's potentially life-threatening reaction, vomiting, hives and a BIG AND PAINFUL shot! After getting my son treated, I had the pleasure of cleaning my poor car covered in vomiting that still has vomit in the air vents. Never once did anyone call or ask if he was okay, can we refund his meal, can we clean the vomit out of your air vents, ma'am...NOTHING!! There were 11 people in our party! If you or your child have food allergies, you cannot depend on what the servers or managers tell you. The app for me to check myself was not working properly at the time, but hindsight is 20/20. They should have turned us away, which i would have done. You hurt my heart when you hurt my child needlessly! read more

EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! We've been here so many times since the first visit because the service was great and the food was even better! The shotgun shrimp is the best I've had! Garlic parm wings... A treasure! The spinach salad was filling, but the dressing... THAT DRESSING! SO GOOD! Kids got pizza and lived their best lives after. I've had Bubba's 33 on my list for a long time. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but since Bubba's is owned by our own local chain, Texas Roadhouse, it falls into a different category for me. I went in with chain level expectations. I did not expect a gourmet meal, or a fine dining experience, and I would suggest you do the same. The location is just fine. It was clean, and if you like to watch television or sports while you're dining you're going to love it, because they have wall-to-wall televisions! The menu is huge! This is par for the course with chain spots, so I had gone in expecting this too. I knew they were offering up appetizers, pastas, entrees, and burgers; but, I was surprised to learn they also have pizza! I didn't opt for it on this visit, but if I return I think I'll definitely go that route, because I saw a few delivered to tables near me and it looked great. I had a Strawberry Margarita and the Bubba's Nachos. Both were just fine. Nothing I would rush to recommend to everyone, but both were tasty enough to enjoy. The real kicker for me was the service we received. It was absolutely phenomenal! Seriously, I think our server was the nicest and most attentive (in the best way) server I've ever had! Her name was Isabella and she was amazing! One final piece of advice, you may want to go online and check/join the waitlist before you head that way, because this place is popular and gets super packed, even at times you assume it won't be. I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants but Bubba's 33 offers some great options. The wings are good - their Shotgun sauce is my favorite, their salads are cold & crisp, the burgers are huge, and the margaritas are delicious- try the watermelon . Also, the beer is always ice cold. It is usually busy but you can check-in online & the bar has multiple tvs so you can catch your team play. read more
