Was definitely expecting more from Core Life as I received a couple of recommendations. However, overall the food, flavor, and taste just fell short. I was one of the first people in there today and I could not decide what I wanted, so I went for the Southwest bowl that came with a romaine base and I added spinach. To top it off there was purple rice, avocado, chicken, tortilla strips, cheese, and corn. It came with a side of jalapeño lime dressing to drizzle on top. All of the toppings with the exception of the avocado were fresh. The guy at the grill literally made my grilled chicken in front of me and put it on top of my salad before I paid for it--so definitely a star for him. However, the avocado looked a little brown and the dressing just had no flavor. I was super hungry after running errands so I tore up the salad, but I was disappointed overall in the taste and flavor of the food. After a few bites I started to realize how little umph there was in the salad. I was just overall sad and tried to add some additional dressing to try to liven it up, but I just made it worse. The customer service and the positive atmosphere are great, but I would not come back for the food. It's a 3 star for me, sorry Core Life. read more

I want to become the person to bring this chain to Hawai'i because we desperately need something like it. Imagine a huge, custom, made to order salad bar at decent prices. And a wall of healthy-ish juices. If you're like me and love options, you will love this place. There's a few different formats- grains/ greens/ / proteins/ noodles/ broth/ combos. They have pre-set salads if you don't want to be creative. I suggest you get creative tho! The chicken and steaks were being grilled fresh in the background (no pre-made stuff in bags that get delivered from corporate and then chopped and slipped on.) Tofu was firm and nicely cooked. I ordered a salad with quinoa, 2 kinds of greens, and kept ordering toppings until I was eventually told any more was an up-charge. Topped with a generous serving of tofu. Ask for fresh herbs at the end! I got a cup of beet lemonade and mixed it with ginger honey lemonade and added fresh lemon. Military discount made it lass than$13 for a fresh and delicious lunch. I've been to this restaurant since it opened and must say I'm a little disappointed at how it's changed. 1. The menu offerings are great. For the most part fresh and filling. There are vegan options also. They used to cut open the avocado and put it on the salad fresh but have since switched to a precut refrigerated/ frozen avocado which quite frankly tastes bad. It doesn't make sense to offer fresh food but then make it less fresh. 2. The staff has gone through so many changes since opening and those left seem to be quite frankly over it. I understand the pandemic has been terrible for the food service industry but it makes it hard to patronize a business when the team doesn't care. 3. The toppings bar is frequently out of ingredients which can be frustrating. 4. The option for your salads to be mixed in with the dressing is no longer. I often can't finish my food and have enough left overs for a full next meal. This CoreLife is located a really nice plaza off the main road in Fayetteville. There's tons of parking and you can run the Sprouts grocery next door if you want affordable delicious ice cream and wine afterwards. CoreLife has a healthy customizable menu with options for all; spicy, sweet, hot and cold. You name it they probably have it! They also have a wide variety of fresh teas, juice, and cold brew. My favorite drink to get is the beet lemonade - a must try when visiting! The interior is pretty modern casual, not really a fancy date night spot but very delicious and reasonably priced. They have community tables and booth style seating, good for groups or small meet ups. The staff have never been rude but generally very busy and try to get things done quickly. This place is a takes on qualities of both places from the set up to the offerings from the various drinks to the options on the bar as you build your own salad, plate, grain bowl, etc.. in a school lunch line forum. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a nice variety of options for meat eaters as well as non meat eaters. We visit Fayetteville from time to time to visit family and this place as well as the entire strip mall is a welcome addition. It's one of our least favorite places to visit (Fayetteville) as there isn't much to do. However we look forward now to visit the family as we know we can get a good meal and do some shopping while in town. My husband and I LOVE corelife and are huge supporters of this business. Recently, we were in the hospital due to unexpected pregnancy complications and hospital food sucks (to say the least), so we ordered corelife most days in the hospital and it's always fantastic. We've had lost every option but definitely have our favorites. My favorite is the Southwest Chicken and Purple Rice blend with spicy chicken and my husband loves the beef broth bowl. The Brussel sprouts are an all time favorite and we also really love the tomato basil soup. We appreciate the great service, flavor, and the healthy benefits of each meal are definitely a plus! I love this place. It's really healthy and convenient. In addition to salad and grain bowls you can purchase broth and different types of lemonade. I come often when I'm in town. I usually build my own bowl with mixed greens, raw and pickled veggies, grass fed steak, and roasted root veggies. I often get a cup or large container of the bone broth as well. I usually make my own, but it's really nice to have a place where you can go get it fresh, too. They have different types of broth and allow you to try it. My preference is the regular chicken broth. The employees working are pretty helpful and friendly for the most part. I would give it five stars, but I'm not fond of the steak being medium raw. However, they have put it back on the grill to cook longer when requested, which I really appreciate. My other concern is that all employees aren't aware of the ingredients. When I first asked how the brussel sprouts were seasoned, I was told with just salt and pepper. But I bit into a brussel sprout and it was spicy. It wouldn't have been that much of a problem if spicy foods weren't a trigger for my autoimmune disease. I've asked again after that and it seems that everyone is more versed in what ingredients are in their cooked dishes now. However, if you do have a food allergy or intolerance, I would definitely make it clear when you ask what are the ingredients. read more

It was my first time here and the staff was very friendly and explained everything to me, and was even courteous to let me know about upcharges for certain extras.
