I'd like to say that the reviews on this spot made weary. I almost didn't come out for my friends birthday. Of course I went, because I hadn't seen her I ages. She was throwing her birthday party/dinner here and had the two rooms for all of her guests. There were about 30 of us. We had two servers waiting on us. The room was perfect size for us and we could close the doors if we pleased, or if we got too rowdy. We all came in at different times and our servers were very prompt with greeting us and getting our drinks. I ordered a pineapple Moscow mule. My server didn't know what I was talking about. I did end up getting it. We waited a while before we ordered. Once we all ordered I was amazed at the speed that the food came out. It came out staggered, but quick. I ordered the pork nachos. I asked for salsa to go on my nachos and had to pay extra for it. Weird, but whatever. Nachos weren't bad. Not amazing, but not terrible; mediocre if you would. The girl sitting next to me ordered her second drink and it took ages to get there. The girl in front of me barely didn't get her chicken wrap. We had to ask for it. For the size group we had, I was impressed by the attentiveness. I really liked that they remembered our names and called each of us by name. This place use to be absolutely delicious, we'd come here and it would be packed beyond packed for dinner. But there have been some bad changes recently. The chips are different, they used to be absolutely wonderful and now they're just ok. The Philly cheese steak used to be absolutely wonderful and now it looks like old meat, not the fresh prime rib that I used to get that was still a little pink in the middle. They serve RC cola now? My friend asked for Coke and our waiter asked if RC was ok. She's never been asked that, we have come to this place so many times and have never been told that the Coke was actually RC. *The menu is no longer the green and white one in the photos on here. First time trying today. I am a big fan of the Brentwood location. The menu is a little broader, and the food is every bit as good. The service let everything down. In fairness, it was moderately crowded. However, we waited forever for our food, never got refills and took ages for the check. Others there were also complaining, and by the other Yelp ratings this was not a fluke. The manager had better correct this quickly. There's too much restaurant competition in the Bellevue areafor customers to put up with this for long. It's too bad. Some of the best pub food and beer menu in West Nash. Update: Tried again over the weekend and service was much better this time. Must have been an off night. Again the food was great and prices very reasonable. I don't think this is the kind of pub to write home about. There were a lot of things I didn't like about this place. The cole slaw was too peppery, the honey mustard was oddly stringy, my mom got the sliders and they came to her without the buns pulled apart. Behind us was a painting that looked like some food had been splattered on it and never wiped off, so it dried there. There was also some tape left on the wall from multiple banners hung that they were too lazy to take down! Not gonna come back to this one. read more

What a terrific neighborhood restaurant this is! So many good choices on the diverse menu and quick and friendly service. Last night I ordered delivery from them via DoorDash. In less than thirty minutes I had three delicious meals delivered to my doorstep. The fried catfish dinner had my husband thanking me every other minute for the "great meal", and the King burger I got was one of the best hamburgers I've had in a long time. (I don't eat a lot of meat.) The portions are generous and they were well-packaged for a successful delivery. The times I've eaten in the restaurant the service was very good too. So glad to have this quality less than 2 miles from my house. I recommend the Corner Pub even if you have to drive a little farther than I do. :) read more

After a friends birthday dinner, a group of us came here for a night cap or two. I know its a chain and there are several of them, but this spot is pretty darn nice. While the decor of the place isn't much. several tv's on every wall give the sports minded the ability to glance at the game and still keep up with conversation. We sat down after having had several mass produced magaritas and/or generic beers with dinner, so we all wanted something better. Happily, Corner Pub came through. The beer selection here is really nice, well beyond the typical fare one finds at a suburban bar, and the bar itself is very well stocked, again far above and beyond what one would expect to find in 'burbia. I opted for a Murphy's Stout, which was delicious. The food is standard bar food - fried cheese, fried pickles (well, standard for Nashville), sandwiches salads, etc. None amazing, but all were good. For a good drink in the burbs, its a good place to go. read more

September 26, was the low point as we arrived and the sign at the front door said "seat yourselves". We searched and searched to find a clean table. We found one near the back and near the kitchen. We waited and waited and finally a young man arrived. No greeting, no nothing, just shoved the menus at us and asked what can I get you to drink? I ordered an ultra draft and my wife ordered a merlot. He brought the beverages and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with chips. Food arrived, delivered by another young man, and I asked for silverware and a napkin. He told me they are working on it. They never worked on it. I finally had to walk over to the bar and wait until the bartender arrived. She gave me some silverware wrapped in a napkin that was partially wet. I ate my part of my meal and waited for the waiter to come by to offer me another draft. I waited, waited, and finally had to get up and signal for him. He never asked how our food was. He just went and got another draft. Dang! We finished our meal and waited about 10 minutes. Again I had to flag him down with my credit card. He came up to the table and grabbed for my card. I asked that he present the check first. He did and I gave him the credit card. I hated to but I tipped him 20%. I so much wish he would have asked if everything was alright. I could have told me everything I have just written. He needs to be trained. It will be a while before I go back to this restaurant. Sorry about that. read more

Overall: The food is good but the atmosphere is odd... very Applebee's meets Cheers. Food/Drinks: The menu is relatively modest, but there are lots of options and some you wouldn't expect from a "bar." (ie: baked potatoes, grilled chicken, steamed veggies.) They will usually have some kind of special as well (one night there was a 5 lb burger, highly entertaining to watch groups try and eat it.) One of the specialties is "hot chicken chunks" and they don't lie - they're pretty spicy! Not Bolton's or Prince's hot, but spicy. My personal fav is the steak salad simply because the steak is cooked to order and very juicy. Atmosphere: Here's where Corner Pub in the Woods kind of falls apart. Is it a bar? Is it a family dining restaurant? Who can tell. Until about 8PM any night of the week it's full of parents drinking with kids sitting (or running around) nearby. I'm not going to lie, not a huge fan of the inside atmosphere.... so let's move the conversation outside. When it's warm, there's a nice deck outside and the bar sets up boards for bags (or cornhole, depending on what you call it.) It'll take you right back to college! Cost: Drinks are typical to any bar. Burgers & wraps are about $7, salads are a bit more, in the ballpark of $11. read more

Are you looking for a cold beer and a good meal? If you answered yes, then The Corner Pub in the Woods is the place for you. It's located in Bellevue in a strip mall off of highway 100. It's your typical sports bar with sports memorabilia and TVs everywhere. It can get pretty cramped at times because the tables are close together and there are often kids walking around. As you might have guessed, it is family friendly. The beer selection isn't as good as the Brewhouse 100 which sits on the other end of the strip mall. However, the food is much better in my opinion. The service is also excellent. I've been here twice and I left happy booth times. I plan to come here more often. The menu is pretty diverse. They should have something for everyone here including the kiddos as mentioned earlier. There is also an outdoor area for those that smoke. This would be a good place to come and watch a game. read more

I've been here a few times, but not too much recently. I had that one bad experience a few years back where the menu and the management disagreed leaving me rather annoyed and without food after a long wait, but that was the past. I got stuck out here for a couple of hours recently - not sure if it was rush hour traffic, road construction, or a wreck, but traffic lead me to this place and I decided to give it another go. Food was decent, although I would suggest if they call them cheese fries it be cheesier (their cheese is that runny whitish yellow stuff), it was bar food and a little better than average. Bar peeps were friendly, and there was nobody to give me the speech "you don't come to a bar to read, you come to a bar to mingle" which I was happy for as I came to a bar to read and sip slowly a beverage whilest I awaited traffic to disappear. Bathrooms were clean, so was the establishment. There were a ton of children in the place, which surprised me, but evidently the place has a large well-behaved child population at 5:30pm. Not sure why there were so many, perhaps it was a bring-your-kid-to-the-bar-to-see-where-you-go-to-escape-your-kid night or something, but it was roughly a small classroom worth of kids there. But they hang on to their oogy table clothes, dusty decor and slightly above 'meh' burgers in the face of food trucks, tons of fresh foods around town and you've lost my heart. Tiny as it may be. If I had to hang out with 10 people and watch a football game, I guess I'd go here. But if I really loved football, I'd also be more inclined to roll on down to Hillsoboro and hit some sports bars there that have better burgers, TVs, decor and serve some craft cocktails. read more

Came here on a Saturday night around 6 PM. It was crowded but not packed. When we arrived, the crowd was mostly families with kids but by the time we were leaving, the kids were mostly gone. Service was fast and everyone was very friendly. Food was good. Menu was pretty big. We had the fried pickles to start with. Not the best I've had, but hard to screw up fried pickles. I did really enjoy the chips that came with my wrap. Good beer menu. I enjoyed my Pear Cider (I know, not beer, but not the point) - low abv but not something you find on a lot of bar menus. Great place to watch a game! I was worried when we first walked in because this place was packed. There was a party of twenty something in the back room that hadn't ordered their food yet. I settled in at our table expecting a long wait. That wasn't even the case. Our food came out much quicker than I expected. Our waitress was awesome and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. There are several screens so it is a great place to watch sports. We happened to be here for lunch during the Tennessee vs. Kentucky game. If you have children no worries. This place is very kid friendly and even has some arcade games for them to play while you watch the game. Now for the important part . . . the food. I'm a frequent visitor of Corner Pub in Bellevue. The atmosphere is great during the week--always busy for dinner--and pretty good on Saturdays during the warmer months (good outdoor patio). The menu is great, always something good on the menu insert, which they switch up. The best item on the menu is hands down the CHEESE BEANS. They are breaded and deep friend pieces of cheese, that come with a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce. The lighter ones are spicy, the darker ones are regular. A hit with all of my friends. I used to always ask about their drink specials, even though I knew they didn't have any...but was recently surprised when they did! Yesterday (Tuesday), they had $2 domestic drafts and $2 house wines. That made our group happy! read more

I've only eaten at corner pub in the woods a couple of times so I can't comment much on the service; however, my boyfriend and I order take out from here very frequently. It's always our go to place when we are getting food late at night and fast food isn't sounding great. Their Togo service is very fast and efficient. I normally get the same thing: steak biscuits with Mac and cheese and cole slaw. The steak biscuits are phenomenal; however, I did notice that last time I got them, two were cooked medium and two were cooked well done even though I asked for all of them to be medium. But I can look past that, they were still delicious. My boyfriend gets different things each time. Last time, he got the Reuben and said he was very certain he'd be getting it again. I also love their hot chicken chunks, it's my favorite when I can't get downtown to get nashville style hot chicken. As for pricing, it is more on the expensive side. However, I would say that for the amount of food you get and the prices of their competitors, it's pretty reasonable. For two meals, an appetizer, and tip we are usually looking at around $35. read more

Yet another Corner Pub, this one out in Bellevue or Pasquo or whatever you call that area. We went after a soccer game in Fairview to get our grub on. They had the typical bar food but they also have a total meat and three thing going on too. Each day has a special it seems, and they have a full array of sides. Plus burgers of course. I ended up with just the regular cheeseburger which was cooked the way I asked and had some good fries with it. I was a little disappointed that I didn't realize they had tater tots though because I really could have gotten down with that. The place is enormous inside and it is packed full of families with kids getting done with baseball, soccer, whatever sport they play, so it will be loud and crazy in there. TVs are on all the sports that may be on that night. Bathrooms were clean. Overall a decent Corner Pub, definitely more family oriented than the Corner Pubs I'm used to going to!! Tonight I ordered a meal with slaw. I took a bite of the slaw and suddenly chewed down on a piece of round hard metal in my mouth and quickly spit it out. If swallowed would have choked me. We called the waitress with long brown hair over and she said it was a piece off the ketchup bottle. No it wasn't and that is all she said! She offered nothing to replace it and after I told her I couldn't eat the rest of my food she just walked off!!!! She charged me for all my food so we called her back over to tell her not to charge us for the slaw. She never spoke to us after that!!! or thanked us and left the check on the table. We did not leave a tip!!! If I had seen the manager I would have told him. He needs to train his staff better to be polite and learn what to do in case people find trash in their food. I have been coming here for about ten years now. With that being said, I have seen the quality and quantity of food, service, and experience dwindle with time. It used to be the "go-to" spot with heaping portions and amazing service that made you want to come back every night. Now it has become a place where I dread going. The portions have become minuscule, the service is absolutely atrocious, and the cleanliness of the restaurant has declined as well. I visited here and waited fifteen minutes for a server to bring us menus, another 20 minutes for them to come back and take our order, and then ANOTHER 40 minutes for them to bring the food out. Keep in mind this place was not busy whatsoever. I'm not angry, just disappointed in the way this company has treated itself over the years. read more

We had to get up and get our own menus, because none were given to us after several minutes. We had to ask for condiments 3 different times. We needed napkins when the appetizers came out. No wait staff around, so went to get them. When food came out, app dishes weren't cleared and no one saw we didnt have utensils, so walked over to kitchen to ask for those. Also didnt give us butter or dipping sauce, had to ask. Most times not a waiter in sight. Took a while to find one for a to go box too.Sorry but i gave the smallest tip I have given in a long time. I Love This Bar! Consitantly great food and service. It is busy everyday of the week at dinner time. Sometimes there is a wait for a seat. Enough said, there is a reason for this. Numerous televisions to watch your sports. They are very accommodating to turn your game on. Food is always fresh and tasty. The Cheesy Tots for an appetizer are amazing! I have not had a meal I was not satisfied with. I have always had my order taken immediately. The customers there are always friendly and strike a conversation up with us. Absolutely fabulous place! We call it "Cheers' b/c everyone truly knows your name! Their menu is off the charts and this place makes some of the most delicious burgers, bbq, ribs, and chicken around and also has a great selection of appetizers, like their fried cheese beans and homemade salsa. During lunch they have a full meat and three that would rival your grandma's cooking. Above all of that, the atmosphere is just what I look for in a pub. They have great patio, indoor area, games outside, it's kid friendly and they even have a huge private room you can rent (which I have more than once) and it exceeded my expectations!
