The line from the counter stretched all the way back to the door, which gave us plenty of time to people watch and admire the beautiful space after picking our drinks. The baristas were friendly and welcoming. The line was moving slowly - a combination of people asking questions and an ordering process that seems a little inefficient (we noticed they were tracking available pastries on Post-It notes). Our drinks were available quickly, and they were delightful. I had the spiced orange chai with oatmilk and my husband had a gingerbread latte. My chai was sweeter than I would prefer, but now I know that for next time. Everything in the pastry case looked incredible. We passed this time because we had finished breakfast. I'd be interested in coming back in the evening to try some of the cocktails. I think they have some kinks to work out when they're busy; overall, it was a good experience. The bartender was very nice and took great care of me and the other people at the bar. After my three drinks I walked back to my room to attempt to sleep. When we arrived, the owner and a few others were outside. As we walked up, he simply said, "We're closed." When we mentioned that the website and Yelp showed they were open, he told us they're not open on Mondays. It was disappointing, especially after making the trip. If they're closed on Mondays, they really need to update their online information.
