Got to the Brickhouse at 10:30 for breakfast was served drinks quickly and our orders were taken. We waited for a very long time and at 11:45 we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. In that time our waitress never checked on us or let us know why our breakfast was taking so long to get to our table. We heard other people talking about not getting their food in a timely manner also. In conclusion if we would have been at least let into the loop of what was going on we would have stayed and enjoyed our meal but we never saw our waitress after we ordered. Was extremely disappointed in our experience and will have to think twice about returning. read more

Highly unsatisfied. Why is it that I felt like a bother to ask for service. Food was room temperature. Cooked but did not taste hot and fresh. They have a nice atmosphere which was nice. If you're not a local, they're not as nice. My waitress seemed unhappy to be there. I don't blame her. Juke box machine is a rip off. They do not even have all of the speakers working. Dont get me wrong here, The waitresses are great, But the kitchen is sooooooo slow and still the food comes out cold. So if you are in a hurry dont go. sometimes it looks as if only 1 waitress for the whole place also. read more

We were disappointed. There is so much opportunity, but our visit missed the mark. Server Carley was friendly. The interior is warm, comfortable, inviting, and appropriate for the small town atmosphere of Sebring. However, the food was not hot and had been sitting. That was after it took quite a while to get our salads. The wait staff did not work as a team to assist one another and put the customer first. Anyone should run food to the table to get it out fresh and hot. It did not appear anyone was leading the staff to help prioritize. Nor did we get a management table touch. The price of the Great Lakes Christmas Ale was terrific. This place could be a real gem if food service and teamwork became the focus. read more

Stopped here with a party of five. Two had the special ( three tacos for five bucks). Two had burgers with fries and one had the fish dinner ( fried white Haddock). All the dinners were served quickly and were enjoyed by all. The waitress was knowledgeable.. friendly.. and very attentive. One burger came out incorrect... and was quickly replaced. Even the accompanying fries were hot. The atmosphere was simple and very casual. The place was clean and seemed to be full of locals. The waitress informed us that patio seating was being added soon for the warmer weather. We certainly will return to check out the patio dining. read more

This is a great bar and restaurant!! If you are ever coming through Sebring, Ohio you want to come eat here. Great service...locals helped with choices of beer on tap. We ordered fish dinner, the Clevlander burger, chicken fingers and chips, shrimp and fries. We stayed at the Sebring Mansion for our Wedding Anniversary and decided to walk downtown for shopping/lunch. Not many offerings in Sebring - only a few shops, a hardware store, yet 4 bars! This is clearly the best bar / food in town and the only one that was recommended to us when we asked several people. Overall keep your expectations low. The food was just OK but the service was painfully slow. We ordered our drinks and the waitress went to other tables without putting the order in. At each table she chatted with them, went over specials, etc. We sat and waited as the (only) waitress waited on 6 tables on the floor while two bartenders stood behind the bar and chatted with customers who already had drinks. After about 10 minutes one of the bartenders came over and asked if we wanted a drink. She quickly made it and returned with them- as she realized how long we had waiting. The food wait was just as long. The waitress did say she was new and she was very nice... but the clearly 'not new' bartenders could have easily been helping her to attend to customer needs and teaching her the ropes. She couldn't answer ANY questions about the food... i.e. what's on a chicken sandwich, what is that wing sauce, etc. She clearly had not been trained or there long enough to be on the floor alone. Based on similar reviews - just be aware that service is clearly not a priority in this establishment. read more

Stopped in for a beer bc I was in town for an event that my daughter was in. When I walked in, I got the stares from the regulars, but from there it was a great experience. The bartender had a glowing, cute personality and she was helpful. Atmosphere is definitely nice for bar in this area and the menu was simple and had what you'd expect; bar food with a nice selection of burgers. read more

These folks need to get a full menu now! Otherwise, they are just an upgraded bar over the rest of the dumps in Sebring. May 1st on Facebook they were wrapping up their menu. Now it is June 1st and they're saying another two weeks. read more

We've heard a lot about this place since it opened so we decided to try it. I was kind of disappointed to be honest. I had a grilled chicken salad that had more brown lettuce than not. Accompanied by old, cold, brown fries on top. Mac and cheese bites were doughy and not too big. Wings were more fat than chicken. My husband got a burger (which they never asked how he wanted it cooked) that he said was mediocre. Maybe next time we will try the pizza, I hear that's better than what we ordered... read more

This is a great place to relax and eat lunch or dinner. Everything on their menu is delicious and reasonably priced. I especially like their potato skins. They are crunchy and yummy. They also have a queen of hearts game going. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Okay, I'm a bit hesitant to tell you how I feel about this place as I love it and I want to keep it all for myself. We have been to literally every Bar and Restaurant in Salem, Alliance, and Sebring. We've lived in the area now for more than 30 years. Since we are from Beloit Sebring is definitely the closest out of those three cities. As soon as you walk in you are going to feel comfortable. That is a huge plus if you plan on eating and drinking. I mean, who wants to feel uncomfortable while embarking on a night out? As far as the menu being limited as other reviewers have talked about, I have no problem with that it has a great range and the fact that they can focus on less items makes those offerings that much more special. There has been one occasion that my wife's Burger was slightly undercooked however, I have never had anything wrong with any of my meals and we have been in there in excess of 20 + times. All the waitresses are very polite and during very busy times do a very good job. I find it funny that people don't expect their wait time to be extended even though you can clearly see the place is extremely busy. And as I'm posting this I can't recall ever waiting any amount of time even when the place was packed! So now that this is how much longer to review than you probably expected to read let me summarize. If you want to find one of the best sports bar type atmosphere places to have a good meal and very reasonably priced drinks, and feel very relaxed doing so, then stop in. The only complaint that I have is very personal, I really dislike country music and 80% of the time that's what's playing. But the rest of the atmosphere is worth dealing with that! read more
