    Moscow Mule (Grape)

Food: 5/5 Moscow Mule (Grape and Raspberry): Choose your favorite flavor or just plain. It's worth trying them all! Pizza Logs: Possibly the best in Erie! Be careful they will almost always be hot (temperature)! Veggie Quesadilla - Delicious. It has onion, black olives, mushroom, cheese, and tomato. The taste was reminiscent of a real great omelette. It also has a unique salty seasoning to the tortilla with some cheese on the top which alone makes it worth coming for. You get salsa and sour cream included on the side. Service: 4/5 Depending on your waitress you will either have perfect wait service or hardly any at all. This visit though, we had great service, but the food took quite a bit of time. It took around 20 minutes from ordering for the appetizer pizza logs... Ambiance: 5/5 It's got a sports bar vibe too it, but is pretty tame. They have nice music playing, not too loud, not too quiet. It can get a bit rowdy at times but that's to be expected at a bar. The tables and whatnot are pretty standard too, nothing too fancy, but at least the seats are comfortable. Overall: 4.66/5 Definitely give it a try! The menu is a bit plain but the food is great and you can't go wrong with the drinks!

Wings were really great! Staff was friendly and pleasant. I will definitely go back. Wish they would have had Miller Lite on draft.

Great menu and service. Have daily specials which help keep the menu fresh. Feel like a regular even if you are not.

Horrible Management!! Went out for a smoke, and when I came back in they said I was cut off, even though I had only had a couple drinks.

I didn't think too much into the reservation but when I showed up it was definitely not the place I recall (now known as Pier 6) but I recall looking at photos that it would be worth checking it out. We were promptly seated and greeted by the waitress. The lunch menu is brief with a few items in each section of Apps, salads, sandwiches and plates. We opted for the calamari as we heard it was a good app to start with. At the same time we ordered drinks which consisted of coffee, Expresso martini and the aperol spritz. The calamari came out and it was a good amount. However, they were very small and it was dry. We got the perch sandwich and it came out with an enormous amount of shoe string fries which imo are the worse type as they are typically over fried and so were these. Frying a good filet of fish is usually a bad idea and this sandwich would be better served to be grilled when your fries are fried and the calamari is fried too. Service was slow for being an empty restaurant. Note: we had a 4 year old with us and the key is to always rush their food asap so they stay content. Since we waited a bunch of time, we had some ancy people at the table after 1 hour 45 minute lunch where the room was essentially empty. Much improvement can be had otherwise spend your dollars at Pier 6 for a much better experience.

You still have that redhead that bitches about being there the entire time she's there. Same old lazy night time Bartender that isn't happy unless you're as miserable as he is. You got a new woman "no lady" who's tweaked out and jumpy but can fetch a beer in less than 10 minutes. Looking in the kitchen I see sanitation hasn't changed. With all that something doesn't feel right anymore. I honestly didn't think new owners could care less or maybe just as inept as the old ones but with that I am impressed. Don't go patting yourselves on the back to fast. The recent influx of business is only due to the lack of options in that part of town. Those wing recipes aren't your own and have been made by mutants with fewer brain cells than morals. Everyone that's ever worked there has them and readily shared them. I got the dill dip recipe from a dip behind the bar last month. Hope you didn't sink your life savings into the place because any minute someone could throw up a liquor license and put you out of business with you helping them. Last week we sat there. No drinks. Made direct eye contact with the big guy, and nothing. That's fine. We got up and got our own. I hope the 3 people at the bar tip well because I won't. I also won't be back.

First off it's not hard to find via GPS but parking could be tricky and we ended up in metered parking across the way by the post office. The good new, the meters still take quarters and we had plenty. The restaurant and brewery are a museum. So much to see and a great gift shop. Train lovers ambiance with high ceilings and many original or well reproduced signs. Food was great from salads to burgers. Ended up getting a flight of beers. We were there for lunch and had very good service. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. There is also outdoor seating and banquet facilities. Should have asked for a tour but had to get going. Did grab a 4-pak of Swoop tallboys to go. Definitely recommend.

For lunch we tried the fish sandwich and soup / salad combo. Fish sandwich came with fries. Fish was on the small side and fries more on the mushy side. I had the onion soup and house salad. The onion soup is not French onion, it resembles it but actually has a sweet flavor. Salad was fresh, I added grilled chicken, it came with a tiny cup of dressing. They do use bottled dressing rather than house made. Our server had 5 active tables, even though she brought ketchup and dressing to the table, she didn't offer drink refills or check back after we received our food.

Loved the peach beer myself (just the one) and my spouse enjoy his 3 ipa's. Met good patrons, which always tells me about a place. Pickle pizza hit the spot! We had been…read morelooking for a brewery in Erie to visit after the Erie Marathon whenever Lavery Brewing popped up on Yelp. This place is large and has both outdoor seating on the side as well as plenty of indoor seating. The inside looked like a mix of cozy and industrial, with a long wooden bar stretching the length of the room, warm pendant lights hanging overhead, colorful beer boards on the wall, and shelves lined with bottles and glassware behind the bar. It had a relaxed but lively feel to it. After looking around to figure out where we wanted to sit, we ultimately chose the bar. For lunch on this day I chose to go with the pimento smash deluxxxe while my wife went with the pesto pizza. The menu described my meal as two smash patties, bacon, American cheese, pimento cheese, and onion rings on a brioche bun while my wife's was described as parsley basil pesto, triple cheese blend, fire roasted tomatoes with a balsamic glaze. I thought that the burger here was delicious as the patties were seasoned nicely and I appreciated the onion rings. While there was plenty of cheese and it was flavorful, I almost could have used more of the pimento. Then my wife liked her pizza here especially the pesto combined with the fire roasted tomatoes. Then for drinks, as I often do whenever I visit a new brewery, I decided to go with a flight here. At Lavery Brewing, a flight consists of 6 beers and I chose the Active Recovery, Seeking Clarity, Lime n Cuke, Throwing Tropical Shade, Sound Mild, and Divine Intervention for my flight. I first started with the Active Recovery which was light and hoppy and very drinkable. Up second was the Seeking Clarity which had a clean start before a heavy dose of hops in the middle which surprisingly didn't linger. Third was the Lime n Cuke which has a strong cucumber smell and the drink itself is dry like most goses with a mild lime and stronger cucumber flavor. Fourth was Throwing Tropical Shade and you could really taste the orange and other tropical flavors with a finish flavor of coconut. For me this was a really delicious beer. Up fifth was the Sound Mild which was light but you got the nice flavor of those toasted malts at the finish. Last but certainly not least was the Divine Intervention which had a strong coconut flavor on the finish. Out of the bunch my favorite ended up being the Throwing Tropical Shade. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I both enjoyed the beverages and the food and we left both happy and stuffed.
