Stopped in while in the area about two weeks ago. The place was super clean and staff was very friendly. Rickie the bar maid was awesome she came over as soon as I sat down to take my drink order and give me a menu. Some of the locals came in shortly after me and she cheerfully greeted them. I had a burger, can't remember which one but it was awesome! Lots of flavor cooked just right and the branded bun was really cool! Will be stopping back next time through. read more

Been there twice now. The key to going here is to have the right expectations. Do you want reasonably priced mediocre food in a comfortable environment and good service? Then this is a fine choice. My husband is from this town so we stopped here to meet some cousins of his. It's a bar/restaurant so I wasn't expecting high quality food. I ordered the turkey platter with stuffing. It was pretty much the same as a Swansons TV dinner. Thin slices of turkey with gravy. The string beans were watered logged mush. I was here during the pandemic and they didn't adhere to any rules. All the tables were open with people at the bar. I never saw them spray the table or chairs. They did wipe the tables with a wet rag but I don't know what was on it. read more

From the reviews we were hoping for a good meal, but it wasn't good. It was REALLY good. Places like this make me wish I lived closer to frequent more often. Place is good and I really can't complain. It had all your typical bar food, along with specials of the day. Prices were very affordable and the establishment seemed well taken care of and updated/cleaned. Drinks were good and priced accordingly for the area. I will say this place has come a long way since its days as the "Junction or Cross Roads" the name escapes me, but that place was a dive. Overall, it does everything well, but not spectacular. Newly opened and remodeled, I believe formerly called the Junction. We have been driving by for months and seeing all the work so we finally stopped in for dinner with friends. The inside having been completely redone was very nice. It is something of a western theme interior, well lit and very neat and tidy. The menu was fairly basic Bar\Grill menu with a few dinner entree's to choose from and prices were extremely low. I had what they called a Wheel Chok , its a Pork cutlet on nice roll topped with sauerkraut, swiss cheese and course ground mustard, it was excellent and at $5.99 with fries, an extreme bargain. I washed it down with one of the two micro beers they had and left very satisfied! We will be returning again soon. My only complaint would be to expand the local micro beer selection but that very insignificant, like my friend and I said "at least they had a couple of good beers"! read more

Stopped in here to grab a bite to eat after a friend recommended it. What a great place! Larger than it appears from the outside. We were greeted immediately and had barely sat down when a server was there with menus and silverware. They had a great selection of alcoholic drinks, but I settled for ice water and husband had iced tea. We were hungry for burgers--I ordered a cheeseburger and he ordered the ranch burger. Both came with fries. We didn't wait long for our food, and our drinks were refilled promptly. The burgers were excellent--none of that frozen, pre-packaged stuff. These were clearly freshly made and done just right. The cheeseburger came with tomato and lettuce. The tomato was bright red and tasty. The sautéed onions and mushrooms on the ranch burger were cooked perfectly and the bacon was crisp. The fries were hot and very good. There were two servers/bartenders working and it was a pleasure to see them working together and helping each other out. All in all a great experience! We will be back for sure! read more
