These guys came to my house and did a pretty great job for as big as my place is. They were prompt and quiet when they we're working inside. I have big paned view windows that are very difficult for me to do. And I Also have windows that require ladders. My only complaint was one garage window was missed, but even I have done that before. We used this company (Kitsap Moss Removal) several times in years past. They were great and fair priced. Our understanding is that company (the one we contacted) was bought out by this one. We received a quote from Cornerstone to "blow off the roofs and gutters of the buildings on our property, our house and shop. It was around $600. When they called to book a date the lady making the call said ...my "manager" saw pictures of your roof and we wont/can't do your service unless we soft wash your roof first. They were incredibly expensive and had such poor customer service. They didn't explain their moss removal procedure so that the homeowner understood, and they left things behind. The attached picture of final results speaks 1000 words. This is an actual unaltered photo how the roof looked after they were done with their version of moss "removal". We were told that the remaining moss is going to magically disappear over a period of four months. I don't really know how that happens but according to Ryan at Cornerstone Cleaning it does. We had our roof pressure washed last summer, but due to windy conditions, the bleach overspray left spots on our freshly stained deck. We contacted the company, and the owner (Ryan) promised to make it right the following summer when the weather improved and he did! He spent two full days restaining our deck and it looks great. He was kind, professional, and hardworking. In addition, Megan at their office consistently reached out to us to ask us our color preference, schedule dates for the work, provided updates and followed-up after the work was completed to make sure we were happy. Spent a grand total of 19 minutes (confirmed by time stamped security camera pics) for a 3000 sq ft house 3 stories tall plus detached two car garage. This included set up and clean up. Called and complained and they told me my roof has algae and they were doing me a favor. This was a touch up from previous bad work. Roof is 5 years old and cleaned every year. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! I have nothing good to say. They used so much bleach to pressure wash my house that the inside of my house wreaked of chlorine. I couldn't go indoors for a couple hours and, after I told them not to go on the deck, they killed nearly every plant on the deck with the over-concentrated bleach spray. Office staff were great to speak with, estimator was very thorough in answering questions. We went with them. Angel and Nate came out to do the job. We met them on-site, and the guys were amazing. They are super friendly, and worked very hard to get our house washed, windows cleaned, and all the pressure washing done. They did a fantastic job.
