I then signed contract to have all wood pressure washed and one coat of stain applied to floor surfaces. After I saw the results of their pressure wash, I pointed out many areas that were unsatisfactory: railing surfaces that were ripped, circular machine lines and many areas untouched of the previous stain. The "techs" just shook their heads (although company responded that I told the guys "good job". I had hoped that staining would camouflage their poor workmanship. (We had renters coming in the next day so time was of the essence.) When I contacted the company the following morning, I was told that there was nothing they could do since I had applied the stain on the remaining parts. As I told them, final result had nothing to to do with the applied stain. It had everything to do with the results of the pressure wash. I tried to negotiate a return of part of the money paid since deck will need to be pressure washed again. I was refused. DO NOT use this company. I think you will agree after you see the attached pictures.

They walked us through all the options, gave estimates for everything, even took drone shots of our roof so we could see exactly what work they proposed and why. They installed a rubber roof on our low-slope kitchen addition and did a very nice job of it. The one hiccup was that a contractor forgot to clean up all the nails before leaving. To my surprise, the owner of the company personally came out to apologize and went around our back yard with a magnet to clean up the remaining debris himself.
