I really enjoyed talking with him as did my mother-in-law. And then I never heard anything back from him. I figured he was busy so I gave him a couple weeks. A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

After leaving voicemails for 3 other businesses who never called back, I found Don on Yelp, called, and he picked up right away. I told him I was needing a bedroom window replaced and gave him the ballpark dimensions of the window measurements. He asked some questions I didn't know the answers to, but was patient and helpful with walking me through how to tell the difference in order to answer. I liked that I was able to text him a picture of the window so that he could visually see what I was talking about, and he was able to give me an estimate soon after. He came out later the same day to assess the window and take accurate measurements. He gave us an estimated time of when he would be able to replace the window (he came out on a Thursday and got the window replaced by the following Tuesday) and was on his way. Throughout the entire process, I appreciated Don's clear communication along with the updates. The pricing was reasonable and the install was quick (even though I talked his ear off the whole time) and took less than an hour. He cleaned up any mess the install left behind and even wore shoe covers when he had to come inside to get to the window. Don was respectful, transparent, and was able to maintain great communication throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair and the installation was quicker than expected, but efficient.
