He added a chunk and a big block of wood on the outside to Jerry rig it together. There is a big gap in the fence now. The whole thing looks horrible. I would have rather had it back broken. To make matters worse, he dumped the old post with old concrete and metal parts in my neighbors yard debris bin. That is so rude and is NOT yard debris. Based on other reviews this guy doesn't know how to measure and I would not recommend him. I would complain and ask him to come fix it but I don't even want him to do that.

They are all 1" - 4" off, so we can't get our prebuilt panels in. Chad offered to fix the issue when we complained directly, but failed to show on the scheduled date (he didn't reach out, we had to, and got a "sorry, can we reschedule"). He failed to show on the rescheduled date and again asked for a reschedule. We are clearly not a priority and we cannot wait anymore and now have to fix it ourselves. Really disappointing, especially since we had a lower estimate with a different company but chose this company with the hope they could be retained on some other home projects in the future.

I told him the city and that information should've been all he needed to give me a quote unless they needed to send someone out. As a woman, I need to be careful who I give out my address to, and his rudeness and disrespect was not appreciated. He dismissed me saying he didn't want to work with me. That isn't a problem since I was in the process of getting bids for my job. There are many drywall companies out there. This company won't ever get my business, and I will be sure to share my experience with co-workers, friends and family. This behavior wasn't warranted and there is enough anger in this world right now without getting belittled by a man.
